The Sundial restaurant was outstanding. However, the revolving bar on the top was closed due to "Covid Restrictions".
TO HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT IN TERMS OF STAFF, ROOM CLEANING, AND COFFEE. THERE WAS ALSO EASY ACCESS TO ENTERTAIN IN IN THE AREA.
Best view in town.
I was to have an early check in. We arrived at 2pm for early check in and the room was not clean .. we waited in the lobby until 5:15 which is an hour after regular checked for our room to be ready . Then they had to down grade my room to a clean room , but i was still charged for the delux room.
Views were amazing. Staff wasn't very friendly. Rooms were okay.
This is an absolutely horrible hotel, not worth one penny of your money, their cust service dept is horrendous. Please look else where for your stay or you will be very disappointed. Also, everything is extremely $$$$$ at this hotel which is ok with me if their is value but theres NOT ! The rooms & bathrooms are dated and musty. The towels are old and possess a burnt odor. The fridge in none of the rooms work, if you want a working fridge, for a fee they will bring you one. The room service menu is basically non- existent (NO SOUP available) in the winter, really ! I ordered two cans of soda 45 min’s went by and no soda, I cancelled the order and they were actually surprised that I cancelled the order. Lastly, the actual menu is accessible only via a QR code sticker on the wall - WOW Parking is more expensive than the total cost of your car rental. The neighborhood is overrun by vagrants & derelicts, they roam the property, it’s not safe at all, stay away from this hotel !!! In closing, many of these problems would be non existent if they had a competent mgmt dept but they don't, actually mgmt doesnt care, an unused vacuum cleaner laid in the middle of the hallway on my floor for days !!!
Peachtree Westin is always a great property to stay at. Was disappointed that the dining room no longer revolves in 360 degrees while dining and that the upper bar area was closed. Dinner was "ok".
Pool was super cold..rooms was not are favorite
I like the high rise with the view but there was huge pile of dirty bed sheets on the floor in the hallway right outside my room when I arrived then I left and I came back a 5 hours later it was still there,went to bed & the next morning came out and it was still there
Too many peoples around the parking deck make noise
Upon check-in, i notice that the building was a bit dated since my last visit. The room that i was assigned 1st was basic and the toilet leaks when u flush it. I call the front desk but didn't get a response so i had to get on the elevator and go back to the front desk to let them know about the leaking toilet. I was then assigned another room on the 64th floor which smelled like,"hot ass". At this point i was over this hotel and just ready to leave.
The hotel had over all the friendliest, nicest people working there which always makes up for a lot. We slept better there than at surrounding upscale hotels. However I will say, I give four stars because it's in big need of a remodel for being a high end hotel. Our bedding ding had holes and stains, carpet was frayed, shower has mold on ceiling, etc.
it took us nearly 25 minutes to catch an elevator down as we were leaving. Also, our room was not cleaned even tho we requested it be cleaned
Beautiful hotel with lots of nice features. The only downside is the area outside of the back door; the homeless population in that part of town is unhinged. Be aware because everyone wants something. Think one proposition per minute for the first five minutes.
