The good -- the host was very attentive and replied in a timely manner to all messages. It was a great location for our stay and the neighborhood was very quiet. There was a large table where our whole crew of 14 was able to gather. Good Wifi and a large TV where we enjoyed watching football. Easy to control thermostat. Nice washer/dryer. The bad -- The whole house needed a deep clean. In particular the bathrooms need a lot a cleaning. Several things needed to be repaired -- everything worked, but some things were very loose or hard to turn on/off. There was no silverware to speak of -- we had to buy plasticware. And if you have a large group staying there, you will need paper products to eat off of as there aren't enough dishes for a large group. The bunk beds were not in great shape.
