Great Location!

This is a great location, walkable to the quaint downtown Summerhill. If you're looking for a place to stay for a football game, concert and local happenings, this is your place. If you want a more "at home" convenience, this may not be the best. This is a pure rental, not enough small attention to cooking utensils, pans, towels, blowdryer was gone and there were hotel soaps. As I stated, perfect for a couple of nights to sleep, safe location and comfortable. AC worked great!

Short trip

We came to Atlanta to visit the zoo and aquarium. Everything was as detailed. Only issue we had was the air conditioner. During the late afternoon/evening the house would get up to 78°. Communication with the owner was super easy!
