If I could give it a 0 I would. The owner was SO unprofessional. I got my reminder email and confirmation to check in, but when we get to the house that night at 7:30, we can’t get inside. Owner will not respond to any attempts to contact them, so we stayed on the phone with VRBO for over 2 hours. Only to be told the owner is unresponsive and has taken the listing down without telling them. So we have family and children that have all come with us, and no where to stay. It was a nightmare and we ended up in a hotel with no accommodations and had to eat out every meal. VRBO will only cover the cost of the room. It was TERRRRRRIBLE
