Bugs were seen around elevator. The breakfast was not good. My wife had allergies and couldn’t eat anything. The coffee was run down and tasted like water. The sink would clog with water. The tv would sign it self out consistently.

The only negative I have that late in the night I notice that water was on the bathroom floor, I was too tired to go upnthe the desk and request another room. I informed the front desk at checkout but didn't receive a voucher for a extended stay nor any type of refund.

I only stayed one night so I didn’t use the gym or anything. Breakfast was actually really good. Went to get a shower at night and there was no hot water, but in the morning it was decently warm. Sink water didn’t get hot though. Everything else was pretty good.

The room was fine for a cheaper option for the area. There was a tissue behind the couch and I noticed what looked to be mold on the lamp shade. I only stayed one night, so I didn't make a big deal about it. The man at the front desk was nice though.

We arrived late around 3a after an 8 hours drive. The first room we were given the key card would not work. The man from the front desk had to come open the door for us. Upon checking the beds when we first got in the room we immediately seen bed bugs. We asked him to come all the way in the room and he seen it for himself. He then gave us a room down the hall. That room also had bed bugs. I had to ask for a refund and go somewhere else. We would never book there again.

The property, was nice especially for the price. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Hot water could be hotter though but that was my only complaint while staying.
