This property is an absolute mess. For a Dunwoody property, I expected more which is the only reason I opted to try it out this time around. Booked a room that included drinks and snacks and the front desk clerk went back and forth with me as if I didnt know what I was talking about even after showing her a copy of my reservation. Then the elevator goes out (apparently a regular occurrence based on the conversagion in the lobby) right after I get to my room...on the 7th floor. I had to walk down to the lobby to leave then when i came in and asked to be moved to a lower floor, I had to walk back up to the 7th floor with the front desk clerk taking the other set of stairs to open the door because he didnt want me to have two sets of keys. After I packed up my stuff, the clerk was still outside at the end of the hallway, I assume to make sure I had left. He never even asked to assist with my bags. I then had to walk back down to the 2nd floor to a handicap room that I specifically avoided when booking. I am beyond pissed off. Im still recovering from a car accident and the 7 flights I had to walk multiple times felt like 700. I booked this room to be close to my business around the corner for the weekend and to avoid the additional stress on my body of driving back and forth multiple times late at night. The joke's on me though because everything currently hurts and I know I'll likely be in pain the rest of the week because of this. Never again.
This hotel is excellent!
My only con about this property is that if your room is next to the elevator, you will hear it every single time it is in motion. It is very disturbing when trying to sleep or relax.

The bed was uncomfortable, The last time I stayed there I stayed in a handicap room which the bed was actually really comfortable and soft and this one was very firm and hard to sleep on. On Saturday night I turned on the heater because I got chilled and the heater decided to make noise all night long so that kept me up a little bit

Overall the property is very good but I do want to warn about inherent risks of the open door shower design we had in our room. It's not possible to shower without water getting on the tile floor and making it dangerously slippery upon exit. The bath mat is way too small to help much, plus who wants to step on a soggy mat?
