It was very nice and bigger than expected, the front desk staff was very pleasant. The one drawback is that despite claiming it to be a nonsmoking room it reeked of smoke which made my allergies act up
Eeverything about this hotel is bad! I will not recommend to anyone.
Weird location, hard bed, and people milling about odd times. No staffing at front desk after 11PM.
No issues room was clean and comfortable staff was helpful when I had to exchange rooms
The website says about continental breakfast which is just coffee, muffin, breakfast bar. No service in room, You need to call and ask for a soap, a towel or toilet paper. Room is small, charge is higher to the comfort and carpet is not so clean. Smell of dusts. Disappointing. Big plus is a great staff.
Right price right location Loved the stay will stay again when in town
I was expecting queen bed but this was only full size .. Bathroom was not cleaned , and comforter had too many spots !!! Water was leaking in bathroom constantly !!!
Convenient location. My room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled strongly like cigarettes. People hanging around the building made me worry about the safety of the place. Very hard to find as it is recessed back from the main road address.
Good location but didn't have amenities in room had to ask office for them. Other wise great.
Arrived late. Office is always locked and they buzz you in. Luckily, it was before 11:00 when the staff leaves. You can still get them via a phone that's kind of hidden beside the door though. The first room had a beeping fire detector and they suggested I remove the head which I refused to do. They then moved me to another similar room. Both rooms had only double beds (don't know if there are other configurations available). There was a full kitchen, but no utensils or cookware (they led me to believe I could get it by request). No daily housekeeping (but you can turn in your linens for new ones, or get housekeeping for an additional fee). All in all, an inexpensive, quiet, clean, basic place. About 1 mile from the Ravenia hotel (where I was attending an event). Breakfast was coffee, fruit, muffins, oatmeal - not much. Very close (walkable) to a supermarket and bagel place and other strip restaurants.
We want to give thanks to this wonderfully managed hotel, kudos to the general manager, and keep up the good work,
The room had a very strong disinfectant smell. It had black mold in the shower. The towels felt like sandpaper. The furniture in the room was very worn and beat up. No utensils or coffee maker in the room. I tried to call the front desk to request the amenities they claimed were supposed to be included and to have it cleaned but they never answered the phone and I gave up trying. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very close to Perimeter mall. Only problem was that it was behind a shopping center off the highway with no sign and very hard t find.
Fantastic! Will be back! Everything I needed and more than I expected!
Excellence! Met all our needs! Enjoyed our stay! Will stay here again, when visiting the area!
Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Heavy pillows were really nice. Good location.
Couldn't be better for the value. Full kitchen with utensils. Staff was VERY accommodating. One pet peeve I have with OTHER hotels is lack of TV Channel guide. It was included here! Comfy and clean. I've seen other reviews with nit-picky comments but I didn't see one thing to complain about. Affordable restaurant next door, with shopping plaza. Nice !
book hotel at the last minute around 10:30pm for late night check in. arrived about 12:30, called on outside office phone for late night check in. They open the office door and in my room, ready for bed in less than 7 mins.
This hotel is not for the spoiled. It is the cheapest hotel in the area so don't expect room service. Go in to this place thinking you are renting studio apartment not a hotel and your expectations will be met. You take out your own trash, get linens from the front desk. The Location is excellent though. Down the street from Perimeter mall, close to GA400 and I285 Awesome. Oh and free wifi YAY!
It was fine, no spotless but OK. Bed was a little soft. They don't clean the room daily, but that may be an extended stay thing. Towels were small and tired. Other than that, the room was fine for what we needed.
