Terrible all around no where 3.5, dirty room, toilet not cleaned, smelled like cigarettes

Dirty room. Even questioned whether sheets had been changed.

Not on weekend too much partying loud music a d arguing.

Room is good, not as clean as, it could be but u get what u pay for. Recommend this hotel if ur only staying for 1-2 nights. Linens didn’t looked fresh clean.

The property doesn't fit along with the general area of Sandy Springs. It appears that day labor individuals live in the hotel (for years at a time). My biggest problem was a misunderstanding in having 1 bed versus two. The front desk tried to correct the issue by offering another room with a sofa to accommodate the two adults sleeping arrangements, but wanted approximately 50% rental rate increase to do so. (Absurd) While I stepped out to call Orbitz for assistance, the property CANCELLED the reservation, refunded the money, and stated that they were now completely sold out and in-fact over booked. I was left with no room, and the monies held pending the 3-5 days processing for the refund. Luckily, as an Elite member with Marriott - I was able to book into a very nice property nearby.

Our stay was ok just the bed was not comfortable at all. Also needed more pillows.

I was waiting 10 minutes before the staff came to the front desk to open the door in order for me to clock in

It was good for the price. This is an expensive area of Atlanta to stay in so do not expect a high end hotel. It is exactly what it is advertised to be. It was ok on cleanliness and comfort. No glasses which was unexpected and no shampoo in the shower. I'm sure I could have asked for a glass from the front desk and most people that are staying for an extended time probably bring their own shampoo; so do not expect any when you get there. I did not try the continental breakfast but I expect most people cook in the room since there is a kitchen there. Overall I would not hesitate to stay there again, especially for a quick overnight stay but do not expect more than you are paying for. it is as advertised.

I only stayed for less than 24 hours, because I wanted to be somewhere somewhat close to Midtown ATL... however it was very clean, staff was kind, and they even prepare kitchen tools for you at your request! The kitchen looked great, I've stayed at other "Extended Stay" rooms that did not have a stove, so i was happy to see this one did. Safe location, less than 20 min from midtown (with traffic). Very affordable, would stay here again.

Had to flush one toilet several times other than that nice friendly staff help

Staff was friendly, which was about the only good thing about the place besides the location. The bed was very uncomfortable considering the mattress was hard. And, the air conditioning was very loud each time the fan started which, continuously woke me up out of my sleep. The room could've used a better sweep, the curtains had stains, and the blanket I had was clean but had holes in it.. just seemed dingy. I wouldn't go back.

Everything about this Extended Stay community is awesome. Even better is the location; with shopping plaza, grocery store and coffee shop next door. Public transport and a huge shopping mall are only 2 blocks away. Definitely staying here when I return to Atlanta.

It was very nice and bigger than expected, the front desk staff was very pleasant. The one drawback is that despite claiming it to be a nonsmoking room it reeked of smoke which made my allergies act up

Eeverything about this hotel is bad! I will not recommend to anyone.

Weird location, hard bed, and people milling about odd times. No staffing at front desk after 11PM.

No issues room was clean and comfortable staff was helpful when I had to exchange rooms

The website says about continental breakfast which is just coffee, muffin, breakfast bar. No service in room, You need to call and ask for a soap, a towel or toilet paper. Room is small, charge is higher to the comfort and carpet is not so clean. Smell of dusts. Disappointing. Big plus is a great staff.

Right price right location Loved the stay will stay again when in town

I was expecting queen bed but this was only full size .. Bathroom was not cleaned , and comforter had too many spots !!! Water was leaking in bathroom constantly !!!

Convenient location. My room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled strongly like cigarettes. People hanging around the building made me worry about the safety of the place. Very hard to find as it is recessed back from the main road address.
