The hotel staff was very courteous from the time I arrived until I left. But the rooms were very very small especially for the amount they charge per night. They didn't r even have a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn't worth geting up that early to go. I wouldn't stay here again nor would I recommend it, unless you're staying alone.

soiled towels.very unpleasant stay.Refrigerator kept making noise every 10 minutes. Unfriendly staff.

The room was not fully stocked with kitchen needs. Small size room for family of 4. They did change us after the first night to a larger room. The manager offered a free night stay for our dissatisfaction, until this day, almost a year later, I have not received this. When I called, I never received a call back.

The overall experience was not bad but I do have to point out that there were weird stains on the carpet and a damp smell throughout. There were also a couple of bugs in the bathroom.

Arrived to a bunch of people working on the outside of the building. They should focus more on the inside. The room smelled like Ramen noodles. There was little gnats flying all around. I saw 3 baby roaches. Hair was all over the bathroom and even the refrigerator. Towels are dingy and stained. I could go on and on. I will not stay here again.

The hotel is "O.K." Good place to rest your head. Don't expect a lot from this hotel. Staff is courteous. I had my wife and 2 yr old son stay with me, and I will never do that again. Cleaniness could've been better and the breakfast was below par. I guess the saying "you get what you pay for" can be applied to this hotel.

This is a nice hotel with a decent size room and a good location. The room was clean and I don't have any complains. I will recommend this hotel to others.

Missed my flight and needed a cheap hotel. I seen they had free "continental" breakfast and a good rate so I booked. It was further out of the way than I anticipated and the breakfast was grab and go cereal bars and fruit. However, the room was adequate. The toilet was stopped up when I first arrived #annoyed all in all it did the job but next time I'll probably just spend the extra $40. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Arrived around 12.30a. Long drive from Charlotte and had an early meeting. Room was rather dirty, kitchen, walls and ceiling in bedroom area, Handle missing from fridge. Only 1 bar of soap in unit, no shampoo...just extremely disappointed. I usually always stay in ESAs when I need to book a stay, but not so sure now. The room rating before I booked was 3.5, which is ok, but certainly not the room I booked.

I had booked this hotel for one night on 28th Jan, the day when Atlanta came to a stand still and most of the people spent their night on the road. I was one of the unlucky ones who spent the night on the road and finally when I reached the hotel in the morning, I was told by the hotel manager that my reservation was canceled since I did not reach there in the night. I was very frustrated by this and had nowhere to go.

The hotel was very conveniently located close to my office location and there were good options for food and shopping. The room was average but somoe of the basic amenities like toilet paper, soaps and even the telephone was not in the room. Had to make couple of rounds to get these things. Also, when I reached the lift was not working but got repaired a few mins later. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I only stayed a few hours in this hotel, in the middle of a long road trip. The room was decent for the price, but the garbage wasn't taken out before I arrived. I left my jacket in the room, and it doesn't seem like there's anything the hotel staff wants to do for me. They said call UPS or FedEx, but they aren't doing anything for me either.

Excellent price for a nice sized clean room. Not far off interstate and good business location. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at 2 locations in the area. And the foremost issue I have with them is the bed. The beds are not comfortable or relaxing. I wake up feeling as if I was laying on semi soft dirt or in a sand box. The motel is non smoking. But the floor I was on, had a heavy layer of cigarette smoke odor to it. The room also was missing the standard knives, spoons & forks in the kitchenette. I guess the previous guest didn't clean his dishes well & housekeeping didn't bother to do a follow up. This go around wasn't as pleasant as before. I think since the merger, things have gone by the wayside. There needs to be someone to do quality check. Have maintenance clean the stairwells of cigarette butts & spider webs.

Hotel was overall a good experience...The only thing that I didnt like was there is not enough cable channels..

Room would have been nicer if bigger. Once the fold out sofa bed was opened, there was literally zero room to move. Fold out bed was terrible. used the mattress on the floor, that was better than the fold out. Overall kind of worn and old. would not stay there again, even for the price it was not really a bargain

The location was perfect and close to everything e had planned. The room was quite clean compared to the same hotel back home and the staff very accommodating.

Very updated and clean hotel . Also in a great location for our stay.

older building but surprisingly clean and well run, great location and neighborhood

I got more for my buck great friendly staff clean quiet and comfortable, loved the free wifi cable tv and kitchenette along with work area. More for the buck
