Huset var godt og ligger i et stille kvarter og ligger super godt i forhold til Marietta square hvor der er en masse restauranter. Det ligger også rigtigt godt i forhold til transport mod motorvej ind til Atlanta.

Cozy property walkable to restaurants and plenty to do. The neighborhood is quiet, which was perfect for us. The house was very clean and everything looked as pictured. Host was great!

Concert on the Square

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this charming rental! The location was perfect for the occasion, the space was clean and decorated well, and you get much more privacy than you would think if you just looked at the front of the house. I lived in Cobb County for 13 years, but it’s been since 1998. I don’t recognize much, but I made it to my all time favorite restaurant, enjoyed a concert with friends I’ve known since the mid ‘80s, and watched my favorite band. If I come back to Marietta…this will be the first place I check. Thanks Bill!

Great Little House in Marietta

We loved this great little house. It has a ton of charm and character. We had everything we needed during our stay. The walk to the Marietta square is easy. The fenced back yard was great for our pups. We are booked here several more times this summer and looking forward to our stays.

Great house for me and my pups

My former neighborhood! Moved away 3 years ago and needed a place for a wedding. Great little house, loved the screened in porch. My husband was ill and couldn’t attend but I felt safe. Would rent again, fabulous host!!

Family vacation to Atlanta

This is a great home in a beautiful area. Enjoy walking to the square for lunch. Nice fenced in yard for the pups. The owner bill was super nice and left us farm fresh egg which the kids truly enjoyed. Overall wonderful stay would rent again in the future!!

Great Weekend With the Girls!

I took my high school bestie to Marietta for a couple of days with two of my nieces. What a prefect home this was to spend our weekend. Four women ages 41-59 were very comfortable and we had plenty of room to stretch out. We enjoyed having my grandnephews for a few hours for dinner and a game of UNO. The location is very convenient to wonderful restaurants and I highly recommend Douceur De France! Bill was very good with communication and I appreciate his attention to detail in this house. I would recommend the location for your next stay in that area!

Awesome property. Easy to get to and the food hall right down the road is awesome and convenient. The only real thing we had a problem woth was my mother had a bit of a hard time navigating those two steps at the front but i figured out a solution for her so no worries.
