Artmore Hotel - Midtown

Excellent. Me and my husband were satisfied and definitely will come again I the future when we're in town.

We checked in after 4, which is the hotel’s policy, we waited for approximately 30 minutes while the staff had to figure out if our room was cleaned. The rooms are old, especially the bathrooms. The rooms needs a good cleaning, scrubbing and painting. Our bedroom ceiling were very low, when you are in the bed, you can see fingerprint smudges.

Older boutique hotel in Midtown Atlanta. Staff was great. Room wasn't ready at 4 so I was upgraded. I appreciate them not making me wait for a room! The little lounge was nice. Our drink of choice was not available so the bartender gave us an extra of the one we ended up choosing. The fries took a long time to come out so she comped that, as well. Room is a bit dated but they tried to spruce it up a tad. Could really use a refresh on the rooms but still keep the charm. I had a loft suite and the bedroom was more modern than the living room. Overall, I recommend staying here. We took an Uber so can't speak on the valet service.

I love this hotel excellent staff and room was fantastic

Nice room, great artwork, great location. The staff was nice and helpful. The bar had a good vibe to it.

Stayed one night. Some staff was nice and others seemed a bit unprofessional. Was taken aback by the behavior of the breakfast room staff member. Thought breakfast was open and walked toward the rope and was rudely told to back off. The room was small but modern with no issues there. Location is decent and convenient to the MARTA but have to be aware of your surroundings as the area doesn't feel particularly safe. Parking was too expensive in my opinion. Felt a little unfair that if you stay one night, you automatically pay for two days of parking versus something more reasonable like 24 hours or one night of parking etc...What a ripoff!

The hotel itself is very nice, well decorated. We were promised a hotel with a microwave but didn't receive one. We were also told "free bottled water" instead we were left 2 bottles of Fiji water with a $4 price tag. The kicker was watching from our third floor window, while the valet rammed our truck into the fence. We knew we would never stay again when, we got on the elevator with all of our luggage and there was vomit on it. It had been covered with a towel and a wet floor sign stood beside it. We literally jumped over it and held our nose until we got to the lobby. On a good note, the hotel staff was very nice and friendly.

We stayed at the Artmore on a Thursday evening so we could attend a concert. We found the hotel to be quaint and charming right in the city. Traffic was a bit crazy, but not the hotels fault. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and decorated stylishly. Our room was quiet despite being right downtown. The bathroom was very small and that's my reason for only 4 stars. It's a squeeze for sure but doable. The rest of our stay was great and we would use them again.

Not bad but also not great. I slept well and they have fancy mint shampoo. It's an older building but not terible. They could use a few updates and regular maintenance. The courtyard area is really nice, I liked the fountain with fire in the middle.

There was blood smeared on the white chair in the room. Yes, you read that right...blood. The pillows had brown stains on them. When we called the front desk, there was no apology at all, they just said that someone would come to replace the pillows. They weren't surprised at all it seemed. Toilet was stopped up and there was a large pile of dirty pillows and cushions stacked near the room. This place is so gross and dirty.

This hotel was recommended to me by a couple who have been repeat customers for several years. I am very happy to say I will now be a repeat customer too !! I have been in all of the major hotel chains across the USA but I can truthfully say that this stay was the best experience I have ever had. Every single member of the staff was ALWAYS friendly and helpful - regardless of the time of day or their workload. The hotel is located directly across from MARTA on a busy street but the rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The unique charm of this hotel located in The Arts Centre of Atlanta provides a welcome respite from the excitement and energy of the urban center of the city.

went for football game. Came back to hotel. Ran at park before flight

love this comfortable, welcoming place with its 1950s and 60s retro decor. spacious rooms with comfortable bed and pillows. fabulous shower. small complaint = one of the bathroom lights had gone out, but otherwise a fantastic stay!

Best hotel in the area! Great location for concerts at the Symphony Hall.

Stayed with family. Great value in MIdtown, easy walk to High Museum.

Very nice stay for .y business trip had a very comfortable stay. Wish there was food at the hotel

Great location very close to downtown. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

We were looking for a place that is not your standard Marriott or Hilton. The Artmore is in an old building in the heart of Atlanta Midtown; a busy place. Hallways are decorated with photos of celebrities, i.e., art. The room was large and had everything we needed; very comfortable bed, etc. I was mostly disappointed by the lack of parking, meaning that there is a $24/day fee for valet parking. Too bad that's not mentioned up front on the booking website. Also, it needs a functioning Business Center. Breakfast is a bit disappointing.

Lots of noise. Coffee maker in room was broken.

overall good experience, centrally located and warm and friendly staff
