TOADHAUS is a modern studio suite inside the Athens loop. NO CLEANING FEE ! In SAFE and quiet residential neighborhood ( 4 miles from downtown ) with your own private entrance, fenced in mini patio and yard. About the size of a hotel suite , there is ONE queen bed, ONE folding cot and a sofa , bathroom with shower, a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C unit . We allow dogs but you must add to reservations there is a pet fee
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fenced private yard, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We stayed at the Toadhaus when our dog needed heart surgery at UGA. It was a very stressfull time but having a great place to stay was something we didn't have to stress about. The studio was clean, quiet, safe and private. It was conveniently located, just a short drive anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend staying here.
