The Mirror Apartment with large veranda

Located in the lower Kolonaki area near the French Institute, 5 min walk from Panepistimio Metro station, this 36m2 apartment with 16m2 veranda has all a guest needs for a comfortable stay in Athens for vacation or work. Very quiet and bright, supermarket just at the corner, bars and restaurants all over. Set 600 metres from Dexameni Square and 700 metres from Kolonaki Square, 800 metres from Omonia Square and less than 1 km from National Archaeological Museum. Benaki Museum is a 10-minute walk.

Living room and kitchen
Decorated in tones of beige and white color contains a table for four persons, a large corner sofa, a buffet where you can find plates and utensils, an antique and a moden armchair. Smart TV set with public channels and Netflix available. Please use the guest 02 account in Netflix. Greek radio channels Proto, Deutero, Trito and Kosmos and YouTube are available on TV. The kitchen is attached to the living room. Small bur fully operational with oven (not microwave), 4star fridge, Nespresso machine, moka coffee and tea maker, water boiler, pan, caseroles, drinking glasses and plates, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper. The kitchen can be hidden by using the sliding doors.

Bedroom
Very quiet, contains double size bed with very confortable memory foam matress and warm duvet for the winter. The wardrobe has capacity for the clothes of 2 persons. Bedroom has access to the back balcony where the washing machine is located. You may find instructions about the washing machine inside it, together with detergent and softener. Wet clothes can be hanged and dried on the ropes. Bedroom has access to the bathroom.

Bathroom
Extra spacious shower cabine with high quality shampoo and shower liquid soap wall dispenser. One body and one face towel per person available. Extra toilette paper, 2000w hair dryer and first-aid box can be found under the basin. Big window in the shower for better air circulation. Warm water available when the boiler is switched on (the Θ switch in the electricity board in the living room). It takes about 15 min for the boiler to warm up the water to 90 degrees Celcius.

Front Veranda
2 wide glass doors give access to the veranda from the living room. There exists 2 armchairs, 1 chaise-longe and a table with 3 chairs. Whole veranda is covered by a tent for sun and rain protection.

Heating
There is a 18000BTU Air Conditioner (2018 model with inverter technology and quiet function) located in the living room, capable of heating or cooling the whole apartment. Moreover there exists a 1500w convector with adjustable thermostat hanging at the wall of the bedroom for supplementary heating. Also there exists an fan heater in the bathroom.

Tents
It is very important that the front veranda tent is stretched all time, otherwise it will be teared off, in case of strong wind. Please never leave the apartment with the tent not fully stretched.

Safety
It is a safe neigborhood, nevertheless you are strongly advised to fully lock (4 times) whenever you leave the apartment and check that the veranda doors are secured. There is no safe in the apartment

Smoking
Smoking is strictly not allowed in the apartment. There are smoke detectors in the living room and the bedroom. However, you may only use the front veranda for smoking (ashtray on the table).
