A clean, spacious room with an excellent bathroom and shower. Very welcoming host and a good breakfast. The property as a whole is small with a steep staircase but the staff are very helpful. The area has an energetic night life, so there will be some noise. But a high quality room with very friendly service and a good breakfast in the morning.

A rare find!

Our stay at The Frogs Guesthouse was amazing! Marina was and everyone who worked there was so friendly and attentive! Our rooms were so comfortable and the entire place is decorated beautifully!! Breakfast was included and it was amazing! Easy walking distance to everything! I will stay here again when visiting Athens!

Property is in the heart of monastiraki, but once you close your door, you wouldn’t know it, it is very quite inside! Angelo, his wife and their staff will make sure your stay is stress free by answering all questions and giving you tips from where to eat to where to have a great time. Check out is at 11 but they accommodate you if you need extra time. 10 out 10 recommend the frog’s house!!

From the reviews i've read before booking this hotel i felt as it was a new boutique hotel vibe, on top oq a well known café. Its not it. Tha rooms are not at the same place as the café, what could seam good for avoiding the noise, nut the room we got was street level, after crossing a grid gate straight to the room door facing the street. I really have nothing to complain about noise cause didnt bother me but for those who are light sleep, the room upstairs and street make some noise. I also didnt feel confortable so close to the street. There are some abandoned stores on the street and i would not book this room (africa themed room) if i knew where it was located. The staff was really friendly and nice and u can tell they are trying their best to make the place nice. The room is spacious and grear arconditioning and shower. I didnt enjoy the bed linens. The location it self is great for walkers, but overall i wouldnt retund sadly.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They arranged transportation for us from the cruise terminal and then to the airport. The room had a beautiful balcony and was very spacious. We had nice recommendations for restaurants in the area. I’d highly recommend staying here.
