This is a rare find - there were 3 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. The apartment was very clean and modern, offered a small kitchen, large living area and dining room, and a balcony. The area is quiet yet only 5 minute walk from the metro station. Check-in was easy with a code. I recommend it!

Apartment was nice with air conditioning, comfortable until I used the shower. The shower doesn't have a shelf to place soap or shampoo. You have to put it on the shower floor. Also the overhead shower head it almost completely plugged up and sprays all over but down. The hand held shower does not stay up when you move it up to take a shower it fall down to about waist level so you have to hold it in your hand to shampoo your hair. Also the shower door doesn't seal so water gets outside to floor of bathroom. No mop in apartment had to use bath floor towel to clean up floor then hung it outside on the balcony to dry. Lack of maintenance in the bathroom. Also when we when to check in there were people hanging around in front of the apartment entrance. We were given a code to put in at entrance to open entrance door then the same code to open apartment door. This is a security issue. I asked people there if they were waiting to go inside they moved a little to the side an stayed there taking. We had to wait over 15 minutes for them to leave so I could safely put in my code. This was a big issue. I felt not secure.

Keypad.. same code outside on the street and same code for you door.. that's big issue.. not secure.
Shower head plugged and water everywhere.
No where to put your soap, shampoo or anything but the floor.

Good size apartment for a family for a short holiday. It close to the tube station and easy reach to the tourism points. Internet is smooth and the beds are comfort.

Good Family Vacation Spot

This was a nice place to stay with our family. It's location was perfect and it had all the amenities that we needed to function as a family. More information about things like garbage collection, how to get more dishwasher tablets, etc. would have made things go more smoothly at the start. The room had some issues with cleanliness when we arrived. Blankets and sheets covered in someone else's hair, floors that hadn't been properly mopped/cleaned, etc. but these were generally the exceptions and everything else was clean. For the price and location, it was worth it for sure.

Very modern apartment, clean and tidy. Had aircon in both living room and the bedroom which worked great. 3 minute walk from the closest metro (kerameikos) so was easy to get around the city, port and airport.

Great apartment close to restaurants and grocery store. Pizza place Right around the corner that has great pizza. Acropolis within walking distance. Only drawback was TV didn’t pick up any channels that didn’t have constant interruptions. Best is that there is a washer dryer!

Gebucht habe ich die Wohnung direkt auf dem Dach. Sie ist für eine Person ganz wunderbar. Die Klimaanlahe verrichtet einen guten Dienst, was sie im Sommer auch definitiv muss. Über den Tag bietet es sich an alle Rolläden zu schließen. Zum Bett muss man klettern können. Aus dem Bett raus ist es noch schwieriger. Die Dachterrasse ist exklusiv und schön. Wie überall in Athen, ist es laut. Der Fahrstuhl-Schacht endet auf der gleichen Etage, da der Fahrstuhl selbst nur bis zum vorletzten Stockwerk geht. Die Geräusche bei jeder Fahrstuhl-Nutzung sind laut. Die Kirche gegenüber bimmelt im Zweifel um 07:00 und weckt alle Leute (auch die Ungläubigen). Der Zug warnt beim unbeschränkten Bahnübergang mit lautstarkem Hupen. Laute Mofas und hupender Autoverkehr tun ihr Übriges. Also, lieber mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen!
