Welcome to our beautiful 5-bedroom house located in the serene Zoumperi of Attica, just 100m from the beach. This spacious and airy home is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy some quality time together.
Our home is situated just a stone's throw from the beach, so you can spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea.
The space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a large living room with a dining area and a Smart TV, where you can relax and unwind after a long day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your group, and there's even a coffee station where you can start your day with a fresh cup of coffee.
With 5 comfortable bedrooms, our home can accommodate up to 11 guests. There are 3 double bed bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, ensuring everyone has their own space to retreat to at the end of the day. The 2 bathrooms are clean and modern, with plenty of hot water and fresh towels provided.
Outside, you'll find a large yard with a BBQ and an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals and spending time with loved ones. And with free parking, you can easily explore the local area and beyond.
