There is a beautiful balcony with the quant peacefulness where the guests can relax and watch an unlimited city view.
The apartment also is located centrally for accessible access to transportation(Attiki metro station)so you can easily enjoy central Athens.
When you need supplies of food there are two supermarkets two blocks away sklavenitis as well as Grand supermarket. There is also a mini market. Of course we provide you fresh towels, sheets,soaps,shampoo and shower gel.
If you want a night out there is also a square that you can enjoy a breakfast lunch or dinner that is a nice peaceful walk few blocks away.
If you enjoy the outdoors there is also a beautiful park up the street from your home away from your home while you enjoy your stay.
We welcome you and know that your stay will be a relaxing peaceful and an enjoyable stay.

Please have in mind that at winter time heating is provided only by air conditioning.

1)Late check in(21:00-8:00) is been made only by our drivers that do special prices to our guests.There prices are lower than taxis.
You will see the prices for the transports at the listing of the house.
Even if you dont need the transfer there is charge for LATE check in 15€.

2)SOS:For those who are checking out very EARLY in the morning CHECK FIRST the down entrance door if its locked and AFTER leave the keys in the flat.
3) When you make a reservasion make sure you have put the correct number of persons in the reservasion.
The heating is central. It goes on one or two times the day,not all day.
-We can not storage your bags always. If we can we will.
-When you are out of the flat don't leave the boiler on there is a danger of over loading.
-You can smoke at the balcony only.
