I have had no issues with booking an apartment until now. The pictures are deceiving, a lot was damaged, sheets were stained and showers were blocked/overflowing. They moved me to another spot a week before my trip which was an extra 6.5km away from all the historical sites due to plumbing issues and ended up with a place with plumbing issues. Once I brought up the issues, I was ghosted. Will not be booking with them again.
