Room was very nice overlooking a beautiful pool. Front Desk Staff was just excellent in helping me resolve an issue unrelated to the Hotel.
Beautiful lobby and spacious rooms. Slightly limited in menu items and cuisine was mediocre but healthy and clean
Location is good. The room turned out to be a suite but needs a lot of updating specially the bathrooms need to be redone. The hotel in general needs to be updated. Breakfast buffet was just below standard.
The hotel and grounds were beautiful. Excellent view of the Nile. Our original room was in the main building with a balcony and Nile view. We saw there were some additional rooms close to the swimming pool (which was across the street, but you can cross via the tunnel) and checked to see if we could move. We were willing to pay the price difference, but the Manager accommodated the request with no additional charges. It was an excellent Hotel and the Staff was exceptional.
