The Condo's are in a great location and convenient to the base village. Being able to walk to the end of the complex and ski down to the Gondola or base was excellent. We did not utilise the boot storage, though we did leave ski's there overnight. It would be good to have an option to not have heated boot warmers (we have moulded inner soles that are heat sensitive). We found the staff generally OK but nothing special. Sometimes felt like an intrusion to ask for something. Being able to get shopping delivered was excellent, though there were some mistakes made, and it wasn't documented what was or wasn't delivered. Also the process could be made more clear online as there was inconsistency when we asked staff of the process. Excellent to have the hot tubs, great to get into those each day. Laundry facilities were OK - didn't have many issues with availability, though one was broken for the time we were there. Our room which was the Deluxe 2 bedroom, very nice with what we needed. Beds were lovely, big and comfortable. WiFi was not good and suggest that something is done to fix it, and also the drainage in the shower/bathrooms was not great.

Overall, works for the skier. The units have on older (less light) footprint and vary a lot from unit-to-unit. The kitchen have more cooking stuff than most, and are good sized. The staff goes overboard to help whenever they can. Free shuttle to the restaurants in the Snowmass area or to the bus to Aspen. Just call them. Know that the fireplaces are set to the thermostat in the unit (odd, yeah) so they turn on a lot. I had a unit that was twenty steps from the Ski concierge, others places up higher with better light. Ask them when you book.

Flying in to the Aspen airport our complementary Crestwood shuttle arrived and whisked us to our condo. The driver helped my family with all our luggage, to the third floor, with a smile on his face. The groceries we had pre ordered, another Crestwood service, including beer and wine, was delivered prior to our arrival. The front desk was very friendly and professional. There is a gym, pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi's throughout the complex. Daily housekeeping was fantastic, and the ski rental facility, also great friendly service, topped off this ski in ski out location. A short walk down the hill was the village with great restaurants and apre's ski libations! Great stay and really great friendly and accommodating staff!!

This is the perfect family or professional ski base for all skill levels. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The ski shop is very well priced for all needs, with only the best gear for those wanting to carve some powder. The heated pools are to die gor after a day or 3 on the slopes. Free shuttles and buses make it even easier. Well worth any travel to just be there

My family and I stayed here Jan 4-8 and couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay! We had a great view of the slopes, the staff was wonderful, and the amenities were top notch. We are big skiers and have always stayed at ski-in-ski-out places, but where this particular place was located on the slopes was perfect. We would store our skis when we were done for the day through the hotel which was so nice and easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their transportation service was the best service they provided by far! They would drive us to and from the Snowmass Mall and they were always happy and willing to do it. We couldn’t of asked for better service or quality. We had an amazing trip and will definitely be coming back to Snowmass and staying here once again.

Right on the main ski slope run, with perfect ski in/out ability. Rooms are terrific, we had a one bed loft which easily slept four of us in comfort. Two bathrooms and great lounge area. Only let down would be the housekeeping. You have to keep on top of them. They miss the occasional day!!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at The Crestwood. Location wise it's solid, with Snowmass being right outside your door and either a 10 min walk or brief shuttle ride all that is necessary to get down to the transit center in the village. The reason I give this a 3 vs a 4 is that while it was nice, a couple of things make it a less than exciting option for me. First, while it's marketed as having WiFi, the internet was quite slow, and reception was spotty in most of the rooms. At this point, I really expect to have quality internet anywhere I stay in the US so this was a bit annoying. The other complaint I'd have is that the property just feels a bit dated/80s vibe overall. They could do with new paint/beds/sheets/etc. This isn't a tragedy, but you can definitely tell it's one of the older properties. Again, if you stay here it will be a fine and good place to ski from, but don't expect to be blown away.

Stayed during the Aspen Jazz fest. All employees were incredibly helpful, quick, and friendly!!! Will stay here every time I visit Snowmass. Beautiful condo, surrounded by beautiful views. Easy walking distance to everything the village has to offer! Quiet and clean.

When we wanted a place in Aspen that is affordable and also at a great location, Crestwood condo was a god send! I had heard very little about this condo and when I did thorough research on this property I zeroed on this just based on the fact that this is at Snowmass village and the location was just few minutes drive from Maroon Bells. Also this was host property for September 8-10 Snowmass Balloon Festival. We couldn’t have asked for more!!! Booking was very pleasant experience and the lady whom I had talked to was even gracious to offer us a upgrade. Check-in was breeze and our room looked and felt fantastic than we had thought. Every room in the property has patio with barbecue and full kitchen with modern appliances. Rooms where great to with good bedding and pillows. Snowmass has its own Gondola rides and its couple of steps from the property. There’s a nice village center for restaurants and grocery. Overall we were well rested and we will be back soon at Crestwood to get more more of Snowmass!

The suites here are excellent - really nicely decorated and in a beautiful setting. We were very impressed. It was quiet, got a good nights sleep and enjoyed it a lot. It's located right in Snowmass which is an interesting place, if a bit out of the way for a summer stay.
