Set in a truly coveted downtown Aspen location, this posh, third floor residence offers a great room with a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and hardwood flooring, a superb kitchen with Viking and Thermador appliances (including a gas range and wine refrigerator), plus a dining table for eight. Additional features include a guest suite with a king size bed, flatscreen TV and lavish, attached bathroom, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and heated, underground parking.

Guests will appreciate mountain views from the terrace, as well as the convenience of being an easy walk from the Silver Queen gondola and Aspen dining and shopping. Amenities such as an outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, fire pits, an on-site equipment rental shop, valet service (vehicle and ski), a business center, and shuttle service are also available.
