#305 is a top floor corner unit with great views. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a very large ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower area. One of the guest rooms has two sets of bunk beds and the other guest room offers a split king with a private vanity. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled with modern tile work and fixtures. The kitchen has all top of the line cabinets and appliances with a large round table that seats 6. Outside the living area is a large wraparound balcony with scenic western views.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable. Lift One has a warm and welcoming lobby with a guest computer, free laundry facilities, a ski locker room with boot dryers, and a large grill in our courtyard for barbequing. Great condo in aspen core

Lift One is a perfect location four our August 2020 stay. Some of the condos are outdated in this complex but our unit was newly renovated and very nice. The balcony looks out onto Durant and you can see Koch Park. The management is very responsive and nice and daily cleaning terrific.

Stay in Aspen!

This was a great location in which to stay! The amenities were nice (firewood provided, fire starters, soap, nice shampoo etc). My suggestion would be to provide coffee filters for the maker or at least one remade coffee, plus filter. We had coffee, but no filter that fit that maker…a morning disappointment. The beds were comfortable and shades kept the rooms dark until we were ready to be awake. Very nice property.

The best ever!

Lift One was amazing. Location was great and right in the heart of Aspen, most things were 3-4 blocks walk. Bus from other ski resorts dropped off right in front of the place. Staff was so nice and maid service every day!! Hot tub was hot and just what I needed after skiing all day! Very quiet place as well. We couldn’t hear other guests nor our own people in the condo moving around for early risers or late night hang outs. Could use one more bathroom or bigger main bathroom but overall, amazing!!!
