Great place before hiking

Amazing place to stay before hiking in the Atlas! The food is amazing and the atmosphere lovely with a beautiful view over the mountain from the common area! Just hard to find but once there it feels like being in a small hidden village!

Great View of the mountains. Nice Place but bé aware that it is a bit of a walk uphill through some untended terrain at times in Case you have heavy suitcases. Not sure if we were Too early or late in the season but we were the only ones in this accommodation and some of the lights were not working. The staff were excellent as was the dinner!

WARNING: DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL We had booked 3 nights and got a confirmation from Hotels.com. The payment was withdrawn from our account. When we arrived, no one were at the riad. A neighbour contacted the owner who told us, that the riad was sold half a year ago. The new owner didn’t know anything about our reservation and furthermore that he didn’t cooperate with Hotels.com. So we had to find another hotel. When we contacted Hotels.com to have our money back, they claimed that the booking was made without the possibility to cancel and therefore they would not pay us back the money we have paid for 3 nighat a hotel, that doesn’t exist. THAT IS THEFT !!! We didn’t experience any help from Hotels.com when we stood without a place to sleep. They would try to figure out something out within 24 hours . . . . We don’t understand how we can receive a confirmation on a stay from a hotel that no longer exists. And even more how Hotels.com can claim that we have to pay for 3 nights in a closed riad. Suppose this review will not be published . . .

Really special place. We loved the views, the service, and especially our meals on the rooftop. Was a bit up the hill but we liked that because it was in a local village and had the nicest views and people!

Amazing stay at beautiful hotel

Beautiful inn with great personalized attention. Great view, very clean, hot water. Dinner was incredible and totally worth it (100 DH pp). Soup was amazing and mains were very well done.

I only wish we had stayed longer. The views are superb and the food was great. Mohammed who works here was very kind and helpful. The location in the middle of Tamatert village is either one of the reasons to choose this riad or a reason not to go there, it depends on your plans. It's not located in Imlil.
