I had to make a quick reservation because the water lines in my RV had frozen. This hotel allowed my dog to come along, so it was my best bet. I used my reward points to book, so the price was right for me.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Definitely would stay again at this hotel. A short drive to Biltmore, about 10 minutes.

It was easy to get downtown to museums and galleries, and the Blue Ridge Parkway is very close. There were many restaurants nearby to choose from. The hotel is an older building, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. They AC/heating unit is a wall-mounted older design that was loud and ran intermittently during the night. The in-room refrigerator did not work, so we had to get a bucket of ice to put in the bottom to keep things cooled, using it like an insulated cooler. The breakfast staff could not handle the breakfast crowd on Safurday morning, and ran out of oatmeal packets, fruit, and yogurt.

Great location in Asheville between two parts of weekend fun located in Franklin and Charlotte. ....nice staff......quaint little area....horrible WiFi. .....would definitely stay there again

Probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Just be prepared for a little extra noise since room entrances are exterior and you can hear cars coming and going and street noises. Our mini fridge was old and noisy too, so that didn't help with sleeping either. They haven't upgraded their mattresses to memory foam like some hotels have, so not so great for our backs. Breakfast was good. The staff did a great job keeping everything well stocked and hot. Location was great! Easy access to about anything we wanted to do!

I was really impressed with the free breakfast. Plenty to eat. Room was clean a bit tight though.

It was good for a one night stay. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Good food and friendly staff

Clean rooms. Not too small. Comfortable beds. Included breakfast makes the stay better.

I had a wonderful night after a long day of lectures, classes and other meetings. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which was exactly what I needed! Also, staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again next time in the area.

We found this to be a great location and very clean rooms. We enjoyed 2 different breakfasts during our two day stay, really nice!

The room was very clean with comfortable beds as well. It is a short drive to downtown Asheville. The only negative thing I would say is that with rooms around us being cleaned each day, there were bags of trash and dirty rags just laying in the walkway that we had to walk around quite frequently. But overall it was a good value.

There were some positive aspects to our stay at The Quality Inn: sheets and blanket were new and comfortable; great new tv and many channels; and breakfast had a variety of items suited for all. The negatives were: the general appearance of the room was dark; the bed cover looked old; the pillows were hard and small; and the sink was old and quite low for tall people like us. The staff was professional and hospitable as well as very helpful with all our questions. I would probably not stay there again because the rate was so high for an average hotel room.

Good breakfast...great staff! Location wasnear ingles & highland brewery!!

This motel is a value motel, which means you pay less, but you get less. The rooms were a little on the small side, with outside doors, which means that anyone who walks by can see into your room. The bench and chair in the room were stained, but the sheets and the bathroom were clean, which are the most important things in the room. Our smoke detector started chirping the night we were there, but the front desk sent maintenance right away to put a new battery in. The A/C unit was very dated, but it did its job just fine. Overall, it was fine for the one night we needed it, but I wouldn't want to spend an extended stay here.

The hotel room was decent, expect the first room we were in had a bug issue. I called down to the front desk and told the lady in a nice manner we are having a bug issue would it be okay to switch rooms. The lady at the front desk did not say anything about the bug problem. She wasn't apologetic or anything along the line of " yes, of course let me see if there is something else available." She was completely rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to switch rooms. The room itself wasn't bad except for the bugs, but I would not stay there again due to the rudeness of the staff.

Was a typical hotel room. The refrigerator was noisy and we had to unplug it.

The room looked nice but the toliet kept backing up. That was very frustrating. It was very busy and parking was almost impossible. The breakfast was marginal and very crowded. Would have been nice to know that there was a guest laundry on site.

convenient, typical breakfast but perfect for what we needed.

We booked at the Quality Inn as a last minute rush for a wedding that we were attending. We only got a two person room with a king size bed, not a suite. It was great! One of the cheaper places in Asheville, but better than some higher end, expensive, places that I've booked in the past. The room was spotless; it came with a refrigerator, microwave, king size bed, flat screen T.V., a pull out couch, a massive bathroom, an ironing board with iron, nice desk, and amazing A/C. The pool looked very nice, even though there wasn't much time to enjoy it. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was more like a buffet, and the food was so fresh. The staff was very polite and professional. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Asheville.
