Close to restaurants. Close to Biltmore. All good.

The stay here was wonderful! The guy in the office was so helpful and nice! The room was really clean and the bed felt comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast had a lot of good choices. Definitely staying again with them when I go see the biltmore house!

Front desk customer service was excellent. I arrived at the hotel too early and was able to get an early check in for a double bed instead of a king bed. Which was no big deal since I was travelling alone. Property is clean, its quiet, and free breakfast! My room had an older refrigerator that was too noisy at night, so I had to unplug it to sleep.

The carpet, bedspread and especially the sleeper couch was discustingly filthy.

very clean good breakfast friendly staff extra characters to get to fifty :(

Hotel is clean and nice for the price. Not far to drive to shopping and attractions and very close to a parkway entrance. The staff was friendly.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom. I always wear shoes on hotel floors so can't say anything about them. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were weird because they were square but fluffy. I always carry my own anyway. The bathtub was spotless especially the grout around the tub. It was like it had just been installed. Room also looked freshly painted. Great closet. It has a very nice mini fridge pretty large for a hotel room. I was shocked that there was a couch in the room, too as I hadn't expected it. The bathroom was huge and towels were quite large. Breakfast was really good with hot fresh biscuits, good sausage. Make your own waffles was super easy and they made it fairly goof proof. Parking was hectic. The hotel was probably completely full as it was hard for my sister to find a spot near our rooms. I didn't look at the pool so no review to give. Nice flat screen tv, too. We didnt watch ours but saw my sister's on and it had a great picture. We were in Asheville to visit Biltmore Estate and it was super easy to travel between the two places. We would definitelty stay here again.

Great location. Our room had a odor. Not sure what it smelled like but it had an odor. Continental breakfast was good. I would have loved some sausage with the breakfast. We will come back when we are in the area. Very friendly staff also.

This was a affordable room in a convenient location a few miles outside of town. With that being said the WiFi seldom worked. The heating / cooling unit for the room was very noisy. I felt the value was fair for the price paid.

I have stayed at this motel mostly because it's near my daughter's house when I go up to visit her and my granddaughters. This last stay was very strange in that I arrived after dark and when I got to my room, the door was ajar - not even closed or locked! I was scared to enter the room but did reach in to turn on lights and things appeared ok. I reported it to the main office who said it was probably propped open by the cleaning crew and they forgot to close the door all the way in the locked position. Consistently, my main problem has been the parking. It's good in the morning, but when you return in the evening nearly every place is being used and I end up having to park far away from my room. I also have a handicapped plaque but can rarely find an available handicapped parking space. More handicapped parking spots really are needed closer to the rooms and not at the ends of the buildings. The breakfast is okay but wish that more protein be offered. Usually it's just a thin round egg from a mold with a biscuit that's usually hard. The bacon is good but varies with sausage and a greasy hard ham. Overall, it's an okay motel that is quiet at night and near many things for sightseeing, so it is convenient. I will stay here again because the price was very reasonable, especially in the winter and spring seasons.

I had to make a quick reservation because the water lines in my RV had frozen. This hotel allowed my dog to come along, so it was my best bet. I used my reward points to book, so the price was right for me.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Definitely would stay again at this hotel. A short drive to Biltmore, about 10 minutes.

It was easy to get downtown to museums and galleries, and the Blue Ridge Parkway is very close. There were many restaurants nearby to choose from. The hotel is an older building, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. They AC/heating unit is a wall-mounted older design that was loud and ran intermittently during the night. The in-room refrigerator did not work, so we had to get a bucket of ice to put in the bottom to keep things cooled, using it like an insulated cooler. The breakfast staff could not handle the breakfast crowd on Safurday morning, and ran out of oatmeal packets, fruit, and yogurt.

Great location in Asheville between two parts of weekend fun located in Franklin and Charlotte. ....nice staff......quaint little area....horrible WiFi. .....would definitely stay there again

Probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Just be prepared for a little extra noise since room entrances are exterior and you can hear cars coming and going and street noises. Our mini fridge was old and noisy too, so that didn't help with sleeping either. They haven't upgraded their mattresses to memory foam like some hotels have, so not so great for our backs. Breakfast was good. The staff did a great job keeping everything well stocked and hot. Location was great! Easy access to about anything we wanted to do!
