Der Gschwendtnerhof liegt im Hochtal Hintergschwendt am FuĂe der Kampenwand und ist ganzjĂ€hrig mit dem PKW erreichbar. Von Ende Mai bis Mitte Oktober besteht, eine Busverbindung, nach Bernau und zum Chiemsee. Eingebettet in idyllische Natur, umgeben von Wiesen und WĂ€ldern, bieten sich neben zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Bergsteigen und Mountainbiken eindrucksvolle Ausblicke auf die Berge und das "Bayerische Meer". Hintergschwendt ist ein ruhiger Ortsteil der Gemeinde Aschau i.Chiemgau. Im Jahre 1984 wurde der Gschwendtnerhof als Ferienwohnanlage mit 26 Ferienwohnungen und der GaststĂ€tte im oberbayerischen Bauernstil neu erbaut. Im Kellergeschoss: Abstellraum und Trockenraum/Skiraum, Gemeinschafts-Aufenthaltsraum mit Tischtennis, Kicker, Spielecke und Sitzgelegenheiten. GenĂŒgend ParkplĂ€tze vorhanden. GaststĂ€tte mit Biergarten im gleichen Haus auf der RĂŒckseite.
GemĂŒtliche Ferienwohnung mit groĂem ĂŒberdachten Balkon, herrlicher Blick in die Natur. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer einmal mit Doppelbett und einmal mit Stockbett und einem Einzelbett. Wohnzimmer mit Boxspring-Sofa, SAT-TV, W-LAN, extra KĂŒche mit GeschirrspĂŒler, Backofen und 4-Platten-Herd, Badezimmer mit Dusch-/Badewanne und WC. Liegewiese am Haus fĂŒr alle nutzbar.
Auf Anfrage kann noch ein Babybett aufgestellt werden.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung und wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, groĂzĂŒgig von den RĂ€umen, sehr sauber sodass man sich sehr wohl fĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist zudem top, sehr ruhig und mit Blick auf die KĂŒhe, die rundherum auf den Weiden stehen. Wir kommen sicher wieder

Schöner Urlaub in den Alpen
Die Lage der Wohnung ist Traumhaft. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Jedoch ist ein unangenehmer Geruch, wenn man auf dem Balkon ist. Ansonsten absolut zu empfehlen

Ruhig gelegene Wohnung in schöner Umgebung
Die Wohnung war fĂŒr uns (2 Erw., 2 Kinder, 1 kl. Hund) von der GröĂer her perfekt. Sie ist modern eingerichtet. Praktisch sind die zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer, so dass im Wohnzimmer niemand schlafen musste. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Man kann zu FuĂ direkt von der Wohnung aus Wanderungen starten. Im gleichen GebĂ€ude gibt es eine Gaststube. Einige hundert Meter entfernt gibt es ein weiteres Restaurant (Seiser Hof). Dort gab es noch mehr Abwechslung auf der Karte (insbesondere auch fĂŒr die Kinder).

Ideal fĂŒr Wanderfreunde
Schöne Wohnung und sauber. Viel Platz. Direkter Startpunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen zur Kampwand. Tolles Gasthaus im Erdgeschoss mit leckerem Essen zu guten Preisen.
Einzig die SchrÀge im Bad stört etwas beim Duschen und am Waschbecken.
