The ground floor consists of a modern and stylish living room with a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher, dining room with table and chairs, two double bedrooms with quality mattresses, small fridge and bathroom with shower and bidets, in one of the rooms there is a comfortable sofa bed. The first floor, reached by a modern wooden staircase, is composed of two double bedrooms with quality mattresses, small fridge and bathroom with shower, bidet and hair dryer. The exterior is characterized by the presence of a private parking and a private garden with panoramic views of the sea and the Archaeological site of Elea-Velia. The exterior is characterized by the presence of majestic oak trees that provide an ideal climate, an exclusive garden terrace with lawn and two large terraces overlooking the sea with furnished garden where you can dine in complete relaxation. Behind the villa there is a second independent equipped kitchen with adjoining outdoor dining area with a local stone floor, wooden benches and tables ideal for organizing great dinners totally immersed in nature.
