Villa Vì con Piscina by Wonderful Italy
Spacious villa with sea view terrace in Abbiadori, just a few minutes' drive from Porto Cervo and the magnificent beaches of the Costa Smeralda.
The villa, nestled in greenery, is particularly welcoming and bright thanks to furnishings in vibrant colours and numerous windows that allow light to enter. The entrance opens onto an open-plan living area furnished with a sofa, TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. This space also has access to a terrace equipped with a dining table, from which guests can admire the spectacular sea view and dine outdoors.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The third has a bunk bed and a third single pull-out bed. One of the double bedrooms also boasts a small balcony with sea views.
The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower and one with a bathtub.
*The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September.

The undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo is an exclusive seaside village that emerged around an inlet reminiscent of a deer, which has become the realm of luxury holidays. Modest House with Terrific Views
This property is ideally located and can boast marvelous views and a very nice pool, but also includes some areas for improvement. Principally, IT HAS NO WI-FI ACCESS which nowadays places it in its own category. THIS FACT SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED TO FUTURE CLIENTS. Since there is cable TV and neighboring houses have internet, this is something that needs to be addressed. The furnishings are sparse and lighting in bedrooms is weak; instructions for the TV and for coffee machine would help (does it actually work?); waste baskets non-existent in bathrooms and garbage management could be made easier. On the plus side, the beds are good and the pool is very nice although the weekly cleaning visits require entry into the house. Small touches would be nice, such as beach towels. Basically you are getting a glorious view and an excellent location. With some small investments this could be a highly rated property. All said, we enjoyed our stay and felt that Wonderful Italy tried to make it a good one.
