Moving further into the property, you will find the sleeping area, comprising two queen-size bedrooms. The layout is completed by two bathrooms with showers.

The undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo is an exclusive seaside village built around a cove shaped like a deer, which has become a haven for luxury holidays. In the 1960s, Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, captivated by the beauty of this stretch of coastline, decided to purchase the land in this corner of Gallura and create a paradise for elite international tourism.
