Family week break at this Villa

our booked villa had an issue with the pool so the owner moved us to one of his other villas in the same complex before we even arrived. The owner met us at the gate and showed us around the villa. There wasn't a hair drier and we only took under seat bags so didn't have our own. I messaged the owner and he went out and bought a new one for us and dropped off at the villa and checked everything else was ok. The outside furniture wasn't great a few ideas were broken I let the owner aware and they made notes so we weren't charged for the breakage. I asked for a later check out when were were leaving and they said it was no problem which worked out perfect for us. As a thank you I stripped the beds and put the towels on to wash to make it a quicker turn around for them. Over all it was just what we needed and would use them again.
