Located 900 meters from the sea and the resort center, in a pleasant and relaxing setting, the upscale residence "Le Clos de la Plage" comprises a group of houses with a swimming pool and private parking.

Located near the beach and shops, this family holiday home features, on the ground floor, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with two single bunk beds and a single pull-out bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine.

The advantages of this seaside holiday villa include: a shared swimming pool, a private parking space, a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a television, a freezer, and air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom. Location bien située, face à la piscine.Le "hic", revoir le confort ( litterie aménagement cuisine avec un four un peu plus grand et plus de couverts ) mettre clim ds plus de pieces, les ventilateurs sont un peu juste.Quand on fait pas trop de cuisine ça reste suffisant, mais le confort est manquant.Notre est d être devant cette piscine ( elle manque de parasols en états pour l ombrage).
