Close to the center of this Catalan village and close to the beaches, the apartment is located in an intimate residence of 35 apartments with swimming pool, markets and shops.

Beautiful new apartment carefully decorated with 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with separate toilet (washing machine), a main living room with an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine dishes, SENSEO) and a lounge area, a loggia and a 25 m2 garden to make the most of the sun.

Most of the apartment:
- new and carefully decorated,
- air conditioned,
- bicycle storage room (everything is accessible by secure cycle path),
- outdoor pool,
- WIRELESS,
- 2 private parking spaces, access by a motorized gate,
- the ideal location between the beach and the village. Bakery and shops nearby,

Rental started off poorly with insufficient/incorrect on sight information. We were in Argeles sur Mer a week before rental and saw pool was not open, found out wouldn't be open until June 15 our check out date, so asked to cancel since was not listed - would not. Unit is located on bottom floor of building within about 4 meters of the busiest street from village to the beach and is on the entrance walkway to complex with door entrance to building. Patio is located right there at building entrance with lounge windows - feels like you're in fish bowl the whole time with everyone coming and going. Kitchen minimally equipped (pots have no lids) for 3 week stay. Beds were very comfortable; however, no linens provided for unit which was also not noted for rental (we came from the US). Owner provided very minimal/old linens bed and bath. Credit for items not delivered per rental agreement never given. Might be OK for short stay and you're always at the beach.
