Ideal apartment for families. Located 200 meters from the beach, it is ideal for enjoying the sea baths during the day and restaurants and evening outings. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with 2 bunk beds. It has been renovated in 2019, the kitchen is new with induction hob and American fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is not yet renovated but it is clean and functional. Washing machine and dryer available. 2 reversible air conditioning for more comfort. Large screen TV 132cm with TNT and satellite socket on Astra (you can bring your Canal + satellite decoder).
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Super séjour à 200 m de la mer !

On est venu une semaine dans le sud avec des amis, et nous avons pu vriament en peofiter grace a ce logement tres bien placé (200 m de la mer, juste au dessus d’une boulangerie)Les échanges avec Arnaud se sont toujours bien passé, encore merci à lui

Très bon séjour

Très bel appartement , très fonctionnel, et très propre. Un peut a l’écart du centre ce qui permet d’éviter le bruit de la foule. Comme il est situé au dessus d’une boulangerie il y a quand même le bruit des livraisons qui commence tôt le matin. Mais en contre partie le pain est à portée de main et excellent. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible et a répondu rapidement à chacune de nos sollicitation. Nous y retournerions sans problème.

Nous avons passé une semaine à 8 dans l'appartement d'Arnaud. Très fonctionnel, à 200 mètres de la plage, pas loin du centre ville (restaurant, marché, animation)
