Oceanview Villa - Casita

Escape to this cozy 1-bedroom casita in sunny Arecibo, just a short stroll to the beach! Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to relax and unwind. This casita is located on a property shared with the main house. The outdoor dining area and backyard are shared, but the casita and main house are never rented to separate parties, ensuring your privacy and comfort. If you`d like to book both dwellings together, please contact me before booking. The property is equipped with backup power to keep things running smoothly during Puerto Rico’s occasional power outages.

The backyard features dining tables, chairs, a Blackstone flat-top grill, and an outdoor movie projection wall perfect for enjoying warm Puerto Rican nights.

Please note: There are no laundry facilities in the casita. Guests booking only the casita can find laundromats within a 15-minute drive. Laundry is available only in the main house when booked.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, inside and out, including the backyard, outdoor dining area, and all amenities on the property. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay.

House Guidelines – Please Read Carefully
1. Smoking is not permitted on the property. If you do, a fine of $200 will be applied at the time of your departure.
2. No loud music between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
3. No events or parties.
4. If you come from the beach, please use the outdoor shower to avoid sand inside inside the home.
5. At the end of your stay, please turn off the lights and air conditioners and close all windows and exterior doors.
6. If any item is broken, please notify us as we have an inventory of the items and it will be charged.
7. You must make sure to leave the key in the lock box upon your check-out. If you lose the keys, you will be charged $200.
8. Flush toilet paper and natural waste only. No `flushable` or feminine hygiene products.
9. Please do not remove any outdoor furniture from the property.
10. Guests must clean all dishes, pots, and any kitchen utensils that have been used.
11. Please gather used towels and linens and leave them in the bathroom.
12. In the event of a power outage, please conserve power. The back up system is limited and will deplete quickly if there is a lot running at one time.
