Very central apartment in the lovely village of Le Molleau. Very comfortable with excellent air conditioning. Very clean and a well kitted out kitchen. Bedrooms also of a good standard. There is also a balcony to sit out on to enjoy the lovely weather. Beach a 2 minute walk. In terms of disadvantages, car parking is available but access is extremely tight for anything apart from a small car. We gave up on it and parked outside as it was too difficult. There was no one to meet us at the property at check in time and the lady we spoke to had very little English.

Pita "Will definitely book again!! 🙂 Property is spacious, extremely well equipped and clean. Layout is great for hosting. Seamless handover with Mireille proactively contacting by WhatsApp and super pragmatic Location is spot on with only a short drive to La Corniche or Haaitza and in the heart of Moulleau - stone throw from the beach and bikini club. Off-road parking which was really welcome 🙁 Nothing. Please note for larger cars - Few elements restricting manoeuvring into the garage: Garage door didn’t close flush to the wall; there’s a door handle to the communal bin area; the row of brick blocks and wood panel at the bottom corner of the garden."

Well equipped apartment in a perfect location

We had a three night stay with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 year old grandson. The apartment was very close to the beach and a good choice of eateries. The communication with the property manager was excellent and the check-in lady was very nice. The initial impression from outside the front of the property was a little disappointing,( a slightly scruffy garage door), but the terrace at the rear and the apartment itself was very nice. Very clean and well equipped. The only negative was the dining chairs, which were very uncomfortable . Also a foldable cot was provided free of charge, but we had to pay 15 euro extra for a high chair!

La localisation de cet appartement permet de faire de grande balades à vélos Dune du pyla en 30 mn, port de la hume en 40 mn, et embarcadère direct du moulleau en été pour le cap ferret.

Pita "Très bel appartement bien équipé globalement. 2 points un peu embêtant : le stationnement dans la résidence est très difficile d’accès (heureusement que la période était propice à trouver des places à proximité. L’autre point est l’insonorisation du logement qui fait que l’on entend résonner les pas des voisins surtout quand il y a des enfants. Sinon il est très bien situé et propre."
