Nice, big apartments and great location. We stayed here last year also. Check in experience isn't great. They have absolutely no luggage storage. That would be a huge improvement for this place. I'd even pay extra. For the 2nd year in a row we had to make our own beds but weren't given enough sheets or pillow cases, and reception open hours are extremely limited. It has a sauna and steam room, but you need to pay and book to use these. It's difficult to plan ahead for the exact 30 minute window you want to use it days in advance. Simple changes to the customer experience could make this a great location

Good value Contemporary Bed a little firm but good for me Fridge smelt and nothing done about it as clients responsibilty Apart from that lovely staff , well run . On leaving nowhere secure to leave baggage , just left in reception area & not looked after ! But hopefully safe !!!

Not equipped for skiers. Noisy bldg uncomfortable.

Amazing location and view. Apartment appeared new and was very warm. Very noisy building all through night. Beds were uncomfortable - none of us slept well. There is nowhere to hang or dry ski gear - no hooks, rails, wardrobes, etc. except for one bathroom heated rail. No oven or grill. Very small microwave and limited pans. Basic apartment only: no soap, half a toilet roll, no washing up items, no dishwasher tablet, no tea towel. Nice linen and bath towels. There is a mop, brush and vacuum cleaner. Had to follow strict cleaning process before departure or lose deposit. Staff pleasant but rules are strict and inflexible: they would not give us another pillow ("only 1 per person"). Service does not match cost, nor comfort.
