Ideally located just 1100 meters from the ski slopes and at the foot of the shops, this 52 m² apartment is situated on the second floor (first floor on the façade side) of a residence with elevator access. It features a west-facing balcony with a pleasant view of the village.

The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, with a bedroom furnished with a double bed, a cabin area with bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6), and a living room with a double sofa bed.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, microwave, four gas burners, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Additional amenities include a washing machine, television, individual gas-powered heating and hot water, a ski locker, and outdoor parking.

Vétuste ne veut pas dire insalubre

Nous avions bien vu sur photos que l’appartement semblait vétuste mais la vétusté ne signifie pas l’insalubrité, au contraire parfois les personnes âgées habitent dans un appartement vétuste mais celui-ci peut être très propre. Ce n’est absolument pas le cas de l’appartement que nous avons loué. Après notre arrivée nous avons passé un coup de balai et ramasser un tas immense de poussière. Des grosses toiles d’araignées pendaient du plafond. Les casseroles et poêles étaient tellement noires que nous avons dû tout nettoyé pour nous faire à manger. L’aspirateur ne fonctionne pas. Le micro-ondes une fois sur deux. Le chauffage par radiateur a, semble-t-il d’après l’agence AM Renand, été coupé à distance par les propriétaires pour économiser des coûts énergétiques. Nous avons passé 4 jours sans chauffage. Bref, vétuste ok et on l’avait accepté car l’essentiel est d’être sur place mais il est absolument inacceptable d’avoir passé une semaine dans ces conditions surtout avec mes enfants de 5 et 3 ans.
