The service is very bad they ripped us off with their cost of Laundry . Very small Laundry they charge us $100 and the washing is very dirty not smelling and not dry with the amount of money they charged

I like that is located in the heart of downtown capital Apia, easy accessibility to shopping areas, but has a feeling of seclusion nestled amongst trees, beautiful garden as if it is in the countryside, when it is in the town/city.

The hotel is far from a holiday accommodation place. The room was very smelly, the BO of the previous guests could be smelled outside through the open window. The sheets were stained - probably washed but still not clean. We decided to move to some other place. The place is older which is not a problem - if only it was cared for and properly cleaned.
