青森駅から少し離れている住宅街の中にありますが車での利用であれば全く問題ない立地です。青森駅前の繁華街からタクシーでも¥1,500~¥2,000くらいの所です。ベッドもセミダブルが２つと十分大きいので快適な睡眠が取れました。カトラリーや家電も一通り揃っていますので長期滞在者には助かる内容だと思います。 今回利用させて頂いたお部屋には本来備え付けのはずのタブレットが見当たりませんでした。管理者様との連絡方法もタブレットからのSkypeでしたので聞く事も出来ずにチェックアウト方法が分からないまま「恐らくこの方法でチェックアウトするんだろうな」という勘で「鍵」をお返しさせて頂きました。 あと冷蔵庫を含む家電がチェックイン時に全てOffになっているので、前の滞在者が氷を作られていたりしたら冷蔵庫内の製氷器の中や外が水浸しになっているかも知れませんので確認した方が良さそうです。今回チェックインした際に製氷器の氷が全部溶けて下にまで漏れていました。 尚駐車場が屋根付きで便利なのですが駐車場のシャッター入口幅が狭いので横幅2.0超＋全長5mを超える車（特に外車）は入庫はギリギリで入れても隣に駐車している車との距離が取れずにお互い運転席への出入りが厳しくなるかもしれませんので入庫の際は注意が必要です。 オーナー様の色々な配慮もありマニュアルも多言語に対応しているようですので初心者にも安心だと思います。いい睡眠も取れました。お世話になりました。

閑静な住宅街で、市内からも近くよかったです。 歩いて、コンビニ・スーパーも行けるので、便利でした。 チェックインするのに、スマホからもよくわからず、備えてあるタブレットは、ネット環境が悪いとのようで繋がらず手間取り、その部屋がエアコンもなくむっちゃ暑くて困りました。

快適でしたー。

部屋は綺麗で広々で快適でした。　 大人3名、子供2名でも快適に過ごせました。 廊下、駐車場の電気が点いていれば安心でしたが、自分で点ける形で少し不安でした。
