Very clean hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is accessible to all the part of Antwerp that we wanted to visit. However the walls of the rooms are very thin and the amenities basic (only shampoo, no conditioner, for example), the keyless entry code to your room is quite loud to enter (especially when your partner is sleeping), but overall an excellent hotel

Excellent location and great hotel

We had a lovely stay. Stayed in a family room of four beds. Room and en-suite were very clean. Air con in the room. Lobby area and social area are beautifully decorated. All the staff we dealt with there were courteous, friendly and informative. There is some parking out front on the street for loading and unloading bags. I believe it is free other than that overnight and then by a meter for during the day. We booked a parking spot at the train station 10 mins walk. There are many elec car chargers there too.

ne parlant pas leur langue j'ai demandé à l'accueil s'ils avaient un parking. on m'a répondu que oui mais c'était cher donc j'ai suivi le conseil et me suis garé dans la rue devant l'hotel en payant l'horadateur. dans la nuit la police m'a retiré ma voiture en fourrière !!! 280€ d'amende et deux rdv d'affaires ratés !!! service nul !!! escroc !
