Great location and a great room - I can't believe we were right in the heard of the city and the room was as quite as it was. You could hear a pin drop. Bed was very comfortable and the room was really cool. Would def. stay again.

Quirky designer apartment. Mine had no kitchen but supplied with excellent coffee machine and coffee pods, mini fridge, plates and utensils. Great bed, lovely marble bathroom, plenty of towels, good hot water pressure. Excellent location to historical center. Uber worked well.

Do not book!

I knew better booking something with hotels.com but since we were on the way, and I knew I would not have to cancel, I thought it was fine. We stood outside the vacant-looking building for an hour calling the number listed and emailing the owner. I never received any message with the code to get in the building. I verified that I had been given the correct number from guests exiting the building but there was never an answer. We finally walked next-door and checked into the Hilton. have still heard nothing. Now to figure out how to get my money back….

Excellent central location

Well decorated room with separate living and sleeping areas. Location couldn’t be bettered. Very clean. Only downside was the double glazing on the street side wasn’t up to blocking out the lively night life!

Downside is there is no front desk or any staff for that matter if you need assistance. We weren’t given bathrobes although it was listed in the amenities online, the shower head was flimsy and didn’t stay upright and there were exposed wall wires by the vanity/sink mirror. For a property listed as ‘luxury’ you would expect better. Other than that it was a pleasant stay the vibe of the room is great and looks like the picture nice and spacious also the location is perfect close to dinning and shopping.

This is an apart-hotel and not an hotel. No reception, no help with baggage, and very difficult to communicate with anyone if help is needed. The entrance is a tiny black door and a tiny corridor to the elevator. Room was spacious with a comfortable bathroom, but when in the room you need to go down a few steps to the living room and then up a few steps to the bedroom. An app on your phone opens the front door and the bedroom door. Over all a very stressful experience.

Amazing little hotel. This is a not your typical hotel with a lobby, or staff on site. These are perfectly decorated and furnished apartments. Coffee makes, wine and champagne glasses, wine opener, Everything is remote, the keys are transmitted to you electronically. But everything works flawlessly. And the apartment is adorable, very comfy bed, couch, huge TV, awesome shower. If it had a kitchen you could live here.

It was my first trip to Antwerp, so I was unfamiliar with the town. I prefer boutique, quirky type accommodation where possible. This hotel fitted the bill! (Unfortunately for me) I had an important video call for work whilst there but the free wifi was faultless. I would highly recommend it to other travellers. If I ever return to Antwerp, this very high standard ‘home from home’ accommodation would be my choice. Thank you.

We loved our stay here. It was an amazing location and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. It’s more like an apartment vacation rental as there’s no lobby, front desk, etc but the staff was always available and attentive!

A very good apart-hotel, beautiful interior fitout. The app is very useful, and explains how to use all the amenities in the room. The hotel is more beautiful than the pictures online. The room was very very big. Staff are very attentive and helpful, replying to WhatsApp messages quickly. The location is perfect, a 2 minute walk from the metro and close walk to Antwerps popular shopping city. If I had to be very picky, the only thing I would say is that some features offered online and via Expedia are outdated. For example, Expedia offer pay at the property however this is not possible as there is no concierge desk. So they will charge your card full payment a few days before your stay. Also, we were told a welcome bottle of champagne on check in, which we did not get. Also, the room was told to have SONOS (surround speakers) which we later found out is no longer a feature for their rooms. The websites need updating. However, that was not enough to ruin our stay. It was amazing and we will definitely be coming back.

Very good property. Nice and newest...everything is updated and well organized. But, I cannot stay here again. No human being attended, also they don't have a luggage storage, I had a headache after chek out. 1 or 2 hours in Antwerpen with my luggages, I was in hell. Very good hotel, but they were not perfect.
