Luxury family friendly villa (licensed for holiday lettings) situated on the golf resort of Caleta de Fuste, in the all year round sunny Canary Islands. In quiet area only 10 mins walk from the local supermarket, playground, restaurants and wonderful sandy beach.

Designed and decorated to create a welcoming, relaxing and enjoyable place to spend your family holiday. There is a spacious lounge and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen for all your dining needs. We have 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a family bathroom with separate shower, and en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom.

Our villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to each guest arrival.

Free Wi-Fi available, 46" smart TV with internet TV (British and Sky channels), Xbox 360 with a selection of games, board games and a selection of children's toys too - home from home!

South facing for those sun worshipers, views across the golf course and from the roof top terrace across to the mountains and sea. Private pool, pool heating available, pool safety fence for hire. Faultless Stay

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Villa Grace and I cannot fault anything. We have stayed in a number of villas over a 13 yr period in the area and Villa Grace is by far the cleanest, most well equipped and stunning villa we have stayed in. We will definitely be booking again.

Perfect stay

The villa is perfect espacialy for families with small children. There are many toys for them and the pool table is fun for adults. The swimming pool is nice and the water is really warm. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Nicola!

We had an amazing time at the villa for what was our child’s 1st holiday. Everything you could possibly want is at the Villa for a small child/baby. The propert manager was excellent. Would 100% recommend to anyone wishing to visit Fuerteventura.

Fabulous stay at Villa Grace

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Grace and couldn’t fault it. The whole experience was great! The owners have thought of everything. We are two families with four children - 4, 7 and two 11 year olds and all their needs were met with the games, XBox and activities that were provided. The little house out on the terrace was great for our little one to get shade from the sun. Any problems that we did have or advice we needed was dealt with swiftly by the property manager - Terry. Overall a fabulous stay that we can’t recommend enough. The property was clean, well maintained, in a good location and well set out.

Relaxing at Villa Grace

Our family had an amazing stay at the Villa Grace in what was our first experience of a villa holiday. The villa truly is a home from home and the surroundings immediately put us at ease which allowed us to start our relaxation straight away. The location of the villa is fantastic with a short stroll down to the shopping mall restaurants & cafes. The walk to the main town did take a bit longer but nothing that should concern anyone that was planning to stay in the villa and in fact a welcome opportunity to burn off some calories before making a selection of the many eateries that there are available. This is the 2nd time was have stayed in Caleta de Fuste with the first time being in the Sheraton located only 5 minutes from the villa, having experienced them both, it would be the villa for my choice every time now. The area is very safe and quiet, yet enough to do to keep most occupied and an ideal area for chilling out relaxing. I cannot think of anything that we were not catered for in the villa, you can tell Nicola and her family have taken great pleasure in developing this villa into a place where you do not really need to think or worry too much about anything other than enjoying yourself in the comfort of their lovely villa. Terry from Kleanbreeze the management company who look after the property was fantastic and a great source of what to try and visit whilst on the island, Ajuy in particular was one of our best days whilst we were there. Our family would love to visit Villa Grace again in the future. Anyone considering Villa Grace for their accommodation should be able to make a reservation with confidence. Thank you again Nicola for all of your help with our extra questions about our visit (non villa related) which helped us make the most of our time there.

Amazing stay at "Villa Grace"

We had an amazing family stay at the Villa Grace. The pictures do not do it justice, the location is magnificent set in a quiet neighbourhood and very safe. It is 20 mins walk to the main town centre or a 10 min walk to the local shopping mall that also has restaurants & cafes. Everything you need is in the villa, 4 bedrooms all with A/C as well as large living area with A/C and good sized kitchen. The large swimming pool and sun terrace have a stunning back drop onto a fairway on the local golf course. Everything you need for the pool is at hand with good quality beds and mats to lay upon. There is also a trunk with loads of kids toys to keep them amused when not in the water. Kleanbreeze the management company who look after the property were fantastic. Terry was a star and so helpful and attentive in many ways. We would recommend the pool fence and heating of the pool as part of the package if travelling with young children. It is our intention to visit Villa Grace once again and would highly recommend it as a fantastic residence for a holiday.

This was our second visit to the villa, as we had previously stayed in 2018. There had been a couple of upgrades including a new lovely shower and bbq. Winter break with sunshine all the way!

Just returned from a fabulous 10 day stay at Villa Grace. Beautiful accommodation with excellent outside facilities. The pool was a wonderful temperature and the sun loungers comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, although we used it very little, preferring to dine in the many local restaurants, all within a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Caleta de Fuste is ideally located for the airport and central for seeing the island. The villa is ideally positioned for golf, which some members of our family undertook and thoroughly enjoyed. On arrival we were met by Shirley, who showed us round the villa and explained how all the gadgets worked etc. Terry popped in to check on the pool and gave us good suggestions for places to visit during our stay. All in all, a relaxing holiday was had by all. Thank you Nicola, for letting us share your gorgeous holiday home.

A comfortable villa in an excellent location

We stayed here for 3 weeks in February. The first week we were joined by our adult children and their partners who took advantage of the proximity of the excellent local scuba diving school to do the 4 day course and gain their diving certificates. The villa is very well situated in a relatively quiet location despite being on the flight path for the planes landing at Fuerteventura airport. The layout is well planned and spacious. It is well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage space. Communal areas are beginning to show signs of age but are clean and comfortable. The pool, in keeping with the rest of the villa, is well maintained and most enjoyable . I would recommend the hire of a car if you wish to visit anywhere on the island.

Really lovely villa. Great for the whole family!

We booked this villa for a week for a surprise 60th birthday. There was 3 children and 5 adults. From the moment we got there to the minute we left there wasn’t a single moment where the kids didn’t have anything to do. The pool was a really good size and lots of toys for the two younger kids. You can tell Nicola (the owner) put a lot of thought and effort into making sure it caters for everyone’s needs. It was about a ten minute walk to the supermarket, shops and a couple of restaurants. Another 10 minute walk from there was the town centre with lots more restaurants and bars. Nicola was very helpful and made us feel very welcome, we really do recommend this villa!

Really well equipped, fantastic quality villa.

We spent a fantastic week at Villa Grace. It is the best equipped villa we have ever stayed at and is a top quality modern property. The pool was a good size and well heated. The property itself is quiet and private but you can walk to the nearby shopping centre in 10 minutes. The villa is situated by the side of the second hole of the golf course but is separated by a large drainage channel and no stray golf balls headed our way during the week. I played the course one day which was in good order and an enjoyable challenge, especially in the wind. The golf course staff were also really friendly and helpful. The villa is conveniently situated quite close to the airport and although flights were relatively frequent, there were no late or early flights and they passed over the beach (not directly overhead) so they didn’t disturb us. We had a great week, swimming, relaxing and barbecueing and I would definitely stay here again. We also travelled the island and found the roads to be good and pretty quiet. Terry gave us a great welcome and was very helpful too. I definitely recommend Villa Grace.
