Great property in excellent location

We visited for Semana Santa 2025 and it was the perfect location. There were processions passing down the street and at the corner. The house itself was perfect with everything we needed (including floor fans -- we weren't sure so we brought one only to find out there were plenty available).The washer and dryer was easy to use and helpful so that we packed fewer outfits. When you enter the property there's an enclosed courtyard in the center. Super cool! Constant fresh air. There's a cute restaurant nearby (El Sabor Colonial) that serves tipico Guatemalan breakfast. Tip: Try the pizza at the El Bosque brewery.

Great house at a great location

Very comfortable house near main attractions at Antigua. Close to must see places there. Very well equipped with all necessary items to enjoy stay. Host was very courteous and prompt to respond questions, needs. Highly recommend this property.

THE BEST EVER

Everything worked. More than enough outlets . Very rapid wifi, the kitchen was very well stocked and clean. Showers excellent ,had no trouble finding the right temperature rapidly. Very comfortable beds with the best pillows ever..cozy living room. Washer dryer that was very easy ro use as was the stove. This has to be my favorite Stay at any of many vacation locations .very attentive host..very accommodating and sweet.

We were happy with this stay. The shower temps are challenging and we had some troubles with the dryer, but otherwise a nice stay. It rained daily, so we were grateful for the available umbrellas, drying rack, and fans.

The place is nice. Clean. Had what we needed. The shower temperature was tricky - too cold or hot. The place is very close to a busy road so quite noisy at times. But overall it fit our needs and we would stay there again for the right price.

Felt at home and cared for with love

The distribution of the bedrooms gives a sense of privacy and the open kitchen and patio leading to the family room are an open door to enjoying the property. Well supplied with all possible items necessary to feel at home and welcome. Very polite and accommodating host, his job is very demanding so it might be challenging to get a written response. Call instead and you'll get a polite and courteous answer immediately. I will certainly book this property and will gladly recommend it. You are in for a treat at Donde Chiqui.

All perfect except vrbo

Communication on VRBO system is slow and sometimes days go by without the manager receiving my messages and the responses are also slow and no matter when you send a message it always says sent now on the last message. This is a big problem
