The room was cozy, clean and had everything we needed it. Hotel is walking distance from many restaurants, shops and main attractions. There is a guardian 24/7 to open the gate, which adds an extra feeling of safety. Staff is very welcoming, I’ll definitely recommend staying in here!

Surprisingly spacious. Wonderful having a large refrigerator and washing machine. The employees were helpful and kind. There is always someone to let you in the gate. Very safe. Restaurants nearby on the next street. They will clean every day. A lot of attention is given to the landscaping. There is no air circulation on the second level – no windows. This is where the bathroom and bedroom are located. The ceiling fan is helpful (leave it on all day) and it cooled off a bit in the evening. If you have to get up during the night for the restroom, be cautious as the stairway begins right next to the bathroom door. We had a leak coming from the wall under the sink and so the floor was wet so the cleaning lady was kind enough to leave a towel under the sink. The mattress needs to be replaced. It sags, is extremely soft, and you could easily slip off if you’re sitting on the side of the bed as when you sit down, it slopes. Overall, a very good stay.

Me habia hospedado hace un par de años en este mismo lugar y en aquel entonces estaba muy bien todo por eso lo considere esta vez pero no fue lo mismo. Esta vez fue terrible desde la limpieza, la ropa de cama vieja y sucia y por ende con mal olor, almohadas viejas y sucias, baño en mal estado, sofa cama rechina si uno se mueve, toallas viejas y percudidas, las sillas del area del jardin interior son metal podrido, no se pueden usar, en algun momento de su vida deben haber sido utiles, no hay cortina en la sala y por la noche dormir en el sofa cama es como dormir a la intemperie. Sin duda necesita atencion y rapido. Hasta el cepillo de lavar baños esta que ya no da para mas. Mucho descuido...el refrigeradoe con restos de comida de los huespedes anteriores. Ningun detalle que hiciera sentirme como en casa. No lo recomiendo en este momento.

The suites have character, my wife, toddler and I loved it. A couple dollars more for a bigger room is worth it. We love it so much we brought family to join us. Antigua has changed so much and its location is pretty convenient. The view from El volcan de agua is insane! First time in Guatemala for my wife and she wants to come back.😊 Amenities A1. They treat the garden for mosquitoes and bugs which is a plus. I still recommend getting some citronella candel just in case one makes it in. Interesting place :)

Nice place, big and clean with parking. People on site made sure nothing was missing, asked me everyday if I needed cleaning. Location is great too as there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Only down side is not much soundproofing and maybe the appartment doors could be more secured :)
