Stayed here in August 2017 with my husband & 2 children 8 & 14. Want to warn others looking to book here. This is an amazing hotel with amazing facilities & could be great. I didn't come across many people in the hotel that seemed to like the Brits at all (staff & guests) & this made for a very unpleasant stay. Some VERY rude & obnoxious guests in this hotel, that thought they had a right to not queue & walked AT every member in my family as if they weren't even there. There even seems to be a Brit Block which is right down the far end of the resort right away from everything, we asked to be moved closer to the amenities & the 1st thing we were asked was "are you English?" My response was "what does that have to do with anything???" Cleanliness was a real issue too, we had to leave our "please clean" sign out if we wanted the room cleaned & even then had to call them back. 4 times in a 2wk stay we had to go to Reception for toilet rolls, this should be standard procedure surely. Very disappointed after very much looking forward to this holiday :(
At summer i went to crystal world water with my family ... beautiful place and good swiming pool and water play but quality osf the food was not good and AC in the sumner on lobby was off and a little ac working on reaturan .. findibg cool place on resturas was so hard ... totaly i think with this price hotel was good and i recommend to people to see there
Best hotel , best service , very good swimming pool , far from common Shopping centers like mark Antalya or ozdilek park , full of entertainment show every night after dinner , for far shopping center don’t use cab or taxi , use mini bus .
The biggest hotel ive ever been, beautiful grounds ect. the variety of bars was brilliant. The waterpark was brilliant for our teenage kids apart from kids fighting over the rubber rings lol. The food was alright always something to eat at any time of the day, drinks flowing when ever you wanted one. For the price it was excellent. the only down side was that i found a lot of other guests were very rude que jumping ect but i imagine this is to be expected at a large resort such as this. A special mention to the guest relations, they couldnt help you enough if there was a problem with anything. really enjoyed it. Thanks
This is 13th hotels that I have been in antalya . This hotel had good price and Very good aqua park . In guest relation was very very good and perfect personality , she is HAFIZEH ( Chineh ) . She was helping us anytime . The cleanliness was terrible in WC , bar's , public way to rooms . Room services wasn't good . At all with this price was good .
We've just got home from spending a week here with my husband and 2 teenagers, and 2 other families. This has the potential of being a great hotel if they got a few things right. We arrived late at night and I was so upset at the state of our room. The floor was sticky, there was hair balls and fluff in corners that the cleaner hadn't cleaned. The bin in the bathroom was broken and disgustingly filthy, the duvet on the double bed was a single! And there was black mould round the shower. In the morning we spoke to a manager at reception (who spoke very good English) and all this was rectified that day. The slides in the water park were great, but only open for 1 1/2 hours in the morning and 1 1/2 hours in the afternoon, maximum. There weren't enough rings to go round, and we had some selfish people that held on to their rings (even taking them to their sunbeds. We took great pleasure in removing them and then using them. The lifeguards at the slide pool were great fun, in the main. And they all were great with the teenagers in our party. The food was plentiful, but literally the same every day. I have eaten soy noodles, chicken and tomatoes, twice a day for 7 days! Being able to get a snack at midnight was great for our teenagers, although 2 nights, randomly, the snack bar didn't open😡 The entertainment team were lovely, Renaldo was an absolute sweetie, and we played volleyball and football with them, but these were usually spontaneous and there didn't appear to be an entertainment programme. The evening entertainment was mediocre at best. The oriental acrobats were fab, as were the entertainment crew dancers. But the rest of the entertainment seemed to cater only for the huge amount of Iranians that were staying at the hotel. The cleanliness of the public areas left a lot to be desired, and in fact on one occasion I was very nearly sick when I went into one of the public toilets. 🤢 on one occasion we had a plate of unwanted food left in our corridor for 2 days! The carpet in our corridor was disgusting, and I don't think had seen a hoover for a while. The Irish bar smelt of blocked toilets the whole time we were there! The patisserie was great and I liked the fact that you could get ice creams there too. The bars were a bit of a joke. Regularly we got served the wrong drinks, and 2 days before the end of our holiday they had run out of most of the drinks we required. Also, they kept serving my 14 and 16 year old alcohol, when they were just asking for coke. (My 14 year old looks about 10!) The bar staff were friendly enough, but a bit dappy! The wifi in the hotel was a little hit and miss, but we were able to use it in most of the public areas, and sulyman the IT guy let us hotspot from his iPad, but only after he'd written his own (glowing) report on the hotels Facebook page! All in all, we had a good time, but only Because we have a good time wherever we go! We would definitely not go back to this hotel because of the issues above. And I would not like to recommend this hotel to any of my friends. I would say it's a 3 * hotel at best. But definitely has the potential of being a 5* if they sorted out a lot of their issues.

I have visited hotel with my husband..overall we liked the hotel very much..however the reason why I didn't gave this hotel 5 stars is clean problem. I will start from the first day..our room was not clean as it should be. Even outside of our room some bevarages was not cleaned from several days. I have taken photos of empty glasses near elevator which was left there for three days. What about food and drinks me and my husband was setisfied.. there is a lot of variety food to choose. I liked water aerobics in morning..however did not like entrainment at night.. music karaoke moslty was on arabian.
