We stayed here 7-14th of october and we had a very good first experience in an AI hotel. The arrival was during a storm that lasted for 2 days, so unfortunately we benefited just from 5 days of good weather. We were in a family room that is quite atypical: 2 separate rooms on a little hallway(with a separate bathroom and the apt entrance) and a balcony accesible from the main room(double and single bed) with the window of the 2nd room(2 twin beds). We found unpractical the fact that there were No drawers or shelves in the 2 cupboards, just hangers and a seif, so we kept most of our clothes in the luggage. Also in the bathroom no hangers, no place to put your clothes on. Clean and well taken care of, but there was no way to communicate with the cleaning personel but the sign-language(I speak english, french and some german- but no russian which is the language of the place). Everybody very attentive, smiling and obliging though. 95% russian turists with children(some very small), and some german. At the restaurant I met an english woman once and heard one italian and one french speaking family, and we were 2 romanian families. That's about all the nationalities we met. The beach is fine, but near a river flowing into the sea so there were cold currents that I had to avoid when swimming, by using the next hotel enclosure(where the water was aprox 2 degrees warmer). In full summer when the sea is very hot I saw comments from people who were happy about this, but it is not the case mid oct after a storm. The entrance in the sea is rather steep and with pebbles so not particularly pleasent, especially when trying to get out of it. For the rest I think everything was fine-see other reviews for the entertainment, since we didn't attend any and to a certain point we were annoyed by the loud music that was played at the amphytheater untill 24.00 every night. We thought that it could have been less loud, in order to be heard just where people were having fun and not where people were trying to rest(that is inside the rooms). Like in any other building, the noise from the neighbours is proportional to their education and number of glasses of alcoholic beverages consumed. As a rule, the russians didn't care much about their children screaming in the hall or stairs when comming back from the disco at midnight or in the afternoon, and in the resto they left them quite often unattended(so they wandered about in small noisy groups). For those that would like to go to visit other places, at about 12-15' from the hotel, on the street at the back of the complex, is the terminal of buses going to Belek-Antalya(they pass in front of 3 malls, the great Antalya Mall being the last on the way to Antalya. The terminal station in Antalya is Meydan and with the tram(~4 stops) you reach the city's old center. The trip takes ~ 70' and it costs 9 TL(you pay when you get off). Buses leave every 20'. At the customer desk I got a different indication, and while waiting in the bus station just near the hotel for a bus to Antalya(that comes hourly-so I was told), a kind driver explained to me there was no bus from there to Antalya and took me in his minibus (going to Serik) and left me in front of the bus terminal mentioned above(300 m away). On the whole, we were happy with our vacation at the hotel, that has a very good price/offer ratio, but probably won't come back there again. PS. We booked one dinner at the Italian resto- wasn't worth . I think the main resto was better.
We was with family end of season. If tell shortly about hotel: have problems, but not so bad. Or: good, but not all so good... It's family hotel, with kids to come here is a good choice, but if no kids, maybe not so good. I liked beach here, but same time it was no clean. Buffet very limited, but what need to find to be not hungry- can find. Usually every meal have 4-5 kind of fruits. Guys making very good cocktails. Garden between buildings very green. Rooms not new, everything looking old. Service in rooms awful! We had a car, was available parking. And by car we was moving, another to stay just in hotel is very bored. In reception place available bar, but just drinks, no sweets. It's good hotel, but not luxury, something between 4 and 5 stars, close to 4.
Good points: - Food, so many varieties of food and everything is delicious! - Pool was great, especially the small one at the back, they also have a small tractor who takes you to their private beach, make sure you try paragliding and water skiing ( if you have strong feet ) - All activities in Turkey are so cheap but keep some money on the side for photos as you will pay extra for them, and yes they take some nice photos! ( I personally enjoyed rafting, scuba diving and the pirate boat trip, amazing!) - They have a buffet which is open non stop, that was great for us as we arrived around 1:00am at the hotel. Bad points: - Yes as you probably read other reviews most of hotel staff speak little english because majority of clients are russians and germans. - Rooms are not really 5 stars.. more like 3 stars - Staff from bar near pool are a bit rude sometimes. - Cleaning the room sometimes means making bed, no refill to shampo or handwash (we only had enough for one day ), no cleaning floors.. Yep, for us it was a great holiday but if I had to go back I would try a different hotel.
This hotel was one of the best ones I've ever stayed in in turkey . The room was a double and single bed room was very clean on arrival and cleaning staff kept it that way 👍 .reception was also helpful when we needed them . The food was amazing at breakfast dinner and tea time I am a fussy eater and had no problem leaving with a full belly also my wife and daughter . Pool was spotless and very clean staff kept on top of collecting empty cups and rubbish plenty of sun beds no matter what time you came down from your room .. Animation. Team were good with the children. As well as the adult entertainment especially the shows and disco at night . The beach was beautiful and as it had its own section was kept clean and plenty of sun beds .The only down side I found was the free Internet. Only worked well in reception but hey you on holiday overall an amazing 10 days was had by all I would recommend this hotel to anyone 👍
Bad: 1. Had to call and ask at reception 7-8 times during the first day to get a baby bed (already requested in the reservation) 2. Elevator not working for half a day. Not fun for the 4th floor with small baby 3. Food disappearing from the table without asking if you don't pay attention 4. Staff doesn't talk english. Any request or question gets an yes answer (then nothing happens) 5. Overpriced 2 room apartment didn't get 2 remote controls for AC and many more ---in terms of services Good: food ok, not 5 star
Just come back from a 10 day stay with my family. Management and staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough to help us as my Mum is recovering from hip surgery. We asked if there was a wheelchair to borrow as our room was quite a walk from the main complex but instead they moved us to a much closer room. Food was really good, so many choices and catered for even my fussy teenager!! The entertainment team were so full of energy and even got me joining in aqua aerobics a couple of times. We honestly can not think of anything negative about our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here in 2016. This year was the worst hotel experience. The food was very, very bad. No choice for kids, the food was very spicy. The staff are horrible, no help at all. For sure, the last time here.
I really don't understand where the negative comments come from this was again a fantastic holiday made better by the staff from kids club to adult entertainers! All staff are fab and can't do enough for you !! If you treat people the way you want to be treated it makes for a better everything ! Yes I would like to see more European food but we're in Turkey and don't expect it the hotel is out the way but it adds to the charm all in all fantastic 😊😊
I´ve been in Turkey All Inclusive hotels many times and like it usually, but this Crustal Paraiso Verde was worst experience , for sure. Rooms are not cleaned at all. Food was disaster - children basically can eat only french fries as no proper european food choice... You probaly haven´t seen any a'la carte if You offer this italian restaurant as a'la'carte. Worse then canteen in some harbour. Hamam was expensive and didn't get value for money at all ;-( . Location is bad as well - in most far corner of Belek, it means more time for transfer etc.
First impresion it smells. Bad ! Once entered the room from block 7, 4th floor , I was "impressed" by the lak of cleaning. The bathroom was extremy dirty and on the balcony the ashtray was full. The floor was also dirty, the sheets had stains, the furniture was sticky with vommiting stains. The refrigerator extremily dirty and the windows and mirrors also dirty. After complaining to the reception, not very much changed. Also, all the halls of 7 th block were never cleaned in 5 days and they bad smell and full of the remainings of the food that the guests took from the restaurant without anyone privanting them. The operaton manager all day long just stayed smoked and drunk coffe with other members of the staff instead of controling and checked his employees. If the management would do their job things could change for better because they have a very beautiful natural enviroment.
