We visited this hotel the start of June. Good points. - The food is decent. It’s not outstanding, but it’s ok. Good variety. I found the breakfast hard to find something but my wife loved it so it comes down to personal preference. - The hotel itself was pretty good. The kiddie pool is fantastic and the main pool. Lot of slides etc. Very good. - The room was really nice and quite modern. Can’t really fault it at all. The gardens are fantastic. Nice little views. Bad points. - WIFI is awful. You spend half the time trying to connect. It’s rubbish. - The language barrier - barley anyone spoke English. Like it was tough going when trying to ask things. Our son is lactose intolerant and trying to explain this resulted in one man giving us a glass of milk? - Location. Your in the middle of nowhere. Nothing around. We did a 50 minutes walk the one day only to find a couple of markets and shops. However. I suppose it’s a resort so this isn’t so much a negative. - La a carte restrauntes are that much cop. I’ve had better in local pubs in England. But it’s nice break from the buffet. All in all. It’s a great hotel. I think if they improved the WiFi. Had someone trained at each department in English, this would be even better. The hotel doesn’t have many English people to, which again not so much a negative. But it can be quite isolating because no one speaks English and their is no queuing system which is majorly annoying. Top holiday though. We really enjoyed and would recommend. Thanks.
This hotel is really ultra exclusive especially with animations. You will be full with many kind of food and desserts. I really started to enjoy from the first day. Hotel personnel is very kind, helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and it's so good to have balcony for take a fresh air in the mornings. Certainly i advice to whom wish a beautiful holiday. Thank you Cyrstal Paraiso Verde!!!
Came to Crystal Paraiso on 5th June for 10 days. We had read the reviews and seen the photos before we went and expected the hotel to be nice, yet the hotel ended up exceeding our expectations. Everything in the hotel is clean and neat and staff work extremely hard to maintain this. The food throughout the day, breakfast, dinner, snacks and tea were outstanding, always something for everyone. Never struggled to get space round to pool and the animation team round the pool were also brilliant, I will genuinely miss seeing them every day! The only down fall I would say is the lack of English people and not all staff had brilliant English Language but this never ruined the holiday at all. Only been back a day and already looking at booking up again next year because we enjoyed the hotel so much.
Everything and everyone is okay we so like here and thinking advising our relatives to come here. Really foods are so tasty and bar especially animation and showes so so impressive im thinking come here every year just a problem pool and pool stairs i love crystals <3333

The hotel is very nice, delicious food, good atmosphere, and the animation team is the best!!! We really had a lot of fun! Very nice shows, the pool is big and clean, it is the best place to come in holiday with the family, friends or just couples. And again, the animation team did their best and they are very good entertainers!!! Aaaa
We have just returned from the Hotel Crystal Paraiso Verde in Belek, Antalya. Dates were 24th – 28th May. This hotel was booked as not only did we have a great time last year but it also has an Adult only swimming pool. So, booked again for last month with 13 other family members and friends. Only this time was not so great. The problem was that other guests would insist on taking children into the Adult pool. Guest Relations and Security would come and remove the families from the area, only for them to return when the staff had gone. The pool was very poorly policed and some of the arguments reference children in the adult area nearly came to blows between other guests. Guest Relations did call a meeting to try to resolve the problem. But nothing had been sorted be the time we left. This problem did spoil our break and would now think twice about booking this hotel again.
Had a four day stay in this hotel. Whilst we fully understand the term “all inclusive” Staff need to stop people from 1.Pushing in 2.Overfilling there plates 3.Ordering 10 drinks at a time and then pouring them into bigger glasses. 4 When a pool states adults only quiet pool then that’s what it means not children and loud music. 5.Inadequate number of staff and Canteen supervisor useless.Wanders around looking important but doing nothing. 6.Beach was dirty ,cigarette ends and paper all over the place . 7. The Mexican ala carte restaurants was terrible. It was not Mexican food. Waiting staff not dressed appropriately, music was piano music, and the food was very bad Quesadilla....not toasted but a chicken diner wrap. Taco Salad ....no taco. Flambe Crepe...cold pancake with chopped raw apple ???? This hotel may cater to families excetra but management need to sort the staff out . Not impressed
Very average stay at this supposed 5 star hotel, never have I had to queue for drinks, hardly any staff on at the bar, food very average although there was something for everyone but it was like eating in a school canteen, had difficulty getting into one of the speciality restaurants and eventually managed to get into the Mexican which we had to pay for and what we got was definitely not Mexican and felt that it wasn't worth the money, very average. The rooms where very dated and scruffy, paint peeling in areas could definitely do with an upgrade. There was an adult pool which apparently children under 16 where not allowed, well forget that, they appeared every day and the staff didn't do much to ask them to leave I think they where just too young and didn't have the confidence to do it so if your planning on a quiet day around that pool then don't bother. We only went for 4 nights so it wasn't that much of a deal as we went out of the hotel two days but had I been there for longer I would have been very disappointed. Over run by the Russians which would be fine if they where polite but there not, they are very arrogant. Overall a disappointing break away.
