Located at the entrance of the center of Annecy, 300 m from Lake Annecy, 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass along the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot.

In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, accommodating up to 4 people, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom with toilet.

Each room is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and plenty of storage space
In the living room find a television with international channels overlooking a large terrace
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, high speed WiFi

Great location for short walk to Old Town and Lake Annecy. Space is perfect for a couple or family of four. Kitchen, bathroom, and terrace are great. Parking is a plus. Provided two fans to help with heat. Would stay here again.

Second stay at this perfect condo!

Love this condo and location which is a 7 min walk to the old village of Annecy and the scenery from this property is spectacular. One small recommend, I think the condo would benefit from curtains in both bedrooms to assist with privacy and morning light.

Perfect location

Really great apartment in a perfect location, building work very noisy on the weekdays but that was expected. Accommodation very clean and beds v comfortable. Just a couple of things would that would make the apartment even better would be an additional fan so each bedroom had one. Also it was a shame the owner thought it appropriate to leave their belongings in the flat (clothes in the wardrobes, significant amounts of medication in easy to reach cupboards and food in the kitchen cupboards.)

A perfect location for old town Annecy

My son and I stayed at this beautiful condo overlooking the lake from a wonderful perspective. A very short 7 minute walk brings you to the incredibly quaint old town of Annecy. The entire process of arrival and departure was flawless and I would return to this property readily. I highly recommend this wonderful condo!

Très bon accueil . L'appartement est moderne, très bien équipé, propre. On s'y sent comme à la maison ! Il est bien situé , ente 5/10min du lac et du centre-ville . Le plus , c'est la terrasse et la vue sur le lac. C'est un appartement parfait pour 4personnes. Le bémol , ce sont les travaux mais comme c'est annoncé dès le départ, il n'y a pas de surprises ! Ceci dit l'appartement étant très bien isolé , on les oublient vite ! Je recommande sans hésitation ☺️
