Second year renting this great home with my family to celebrate Christmas. Amazing walkable location to Eastport and downtown Annapolis restaurants and shopping. Easy check in and host was quick to communicate with. Very family friendly. Will be back again next year to continue this new tradition.

Perfect location for a Bachelorette in Annapolis

Our day was great. The house was so helpful when we had questions about the house or about the neighborhood. They answered punctually and helped us with any issues we were experiencing. We love the neighborhood. There was no issues with the neighbors. They were very helpful and it’s in a very safe, clean location perfect distance from downtown. We would definitely come back!

Family Christmas

Perfect house to celebrate the holidays with sons and their out of state families. Great location, walkable to downtown Annapolis and Eastport restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!

Regatta house

Two teams competing in a regatta stayed for the week. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Yacht clubs, dining and shopping all within walking distance. Absolutely perfect for our group!

Navy Football Game Weekend

Wonderful Family Experience - 3 Generations

We loved our stay at this house! There were three generations in the house for USNA parents weekend. It was more than enough room, and absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated. The house is just as nice if not in better condition than in the photos. You can’t beat the location for walking to Davis pub and some other restaurants. It’s a 1 mile walk to the Academy. A little less to downtown. Since we had seniors staying with us, we had rented a car which definitely came in handy, but you could probably get away without one. We did not realize until the last day that you can get a water taxi from the Davis pub dock which is just down the street. That would be a wonderful way to get in and out of downtown! The only thing I would note is for elderly people beware that the stairs going upstairs are wood with some carpeting. Everyone was fine in our group, but going up and down the stairs can be tricky for folks with mobility issues (it could be slippery if you weren’t careful). There were only five people staying at the house, and six of us during the day. If there were more, I would’ve asked for more towels in advance.

Weekend in Annapolis

Everything about this rental was great. From the second you walk in the door it feels more of a home than a vacation rental. Everything we could have needed was already supplied by the house and the location was perfect. Easy to walk downtown or hit all the restaurants around Eastport. Plenty of parking too. Highly recommend to anyone spending time in Annapolis.

Perfect Spot in Eastport

Lovely home over the bridge in Eastport. Walkable to downtown Annapolis and many restaurants/coffee /shops and the water taxi. It was the perfect home with tons of space for our family of 6. Parking in driveway was a bonus but lots of street parking available too. We enjoyed the outdoor patio every morning! Highly recommend when visiting Annapolis.

Easy in Eastport

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. The kitchen had all the necessities. The house has air conditioning, which is crucial in the summer easy 10 minutes to walk over the bridge into town. You will enjoy your stay!

Fit for a king

We got together with family and friends to celebrate and honor the memory of our family member who recently passed. The house was in great shape and very clean and comfortable with a lot of aminities, the location is also convenient. We plan to stay again.
