Perfect AMI house!

The house was fantastic. It feels modern, clean, and spacious. It’s right in the heart of everything, and yet the backyard provides a wonderful, quiet oasis. It was amazing to have three full bathrooms so everyone felt like they had privacy. There were some ants in the kitchen so we had to be really careful about wrapping up any food on the counter. We also felt there were a few small things lacking, like potholders, some paper goods, and other minor kitchen amenities. Additionally, while there was a broom and vacuum, there were no other cleaning supplies for us to use if needed.

Great stay at Anna Maria

This house was perfect for our family vacation! House was very comfortable, and the pool area was beautiful. The pool area is partly shaded for most of the day, which can be a nice break from the sun. The beach is an easy walk down the street. The location is perfect and walkable to anything you could need while on vacation. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Nice place, but could be stocked bettering

Nice place conveniently located, but not stocked very well. You need to buy the basic‘s If you stay more than a day or two. We could not I get the door code to work and they could not fix it during our four day stay there.

Great location on Pine Ave

Great location, easily walkable to beach and many shops and restaurants. House was beautiful and spacious. We had six adults and an infant and had plenty of room to stretch out. The house wasn’t as stocked as other properties we have rented. No starter food like olive oil, salt & pepper, sugar etc. so make sure you plan for EVERY ingredient you need for groceries. We had a hard time figuring out how to get the hot tub to heat, we were only able to get it to heat up after tripping the breaker for the whole house so we only used it one night of our stay which was a bummer because the beautiful backyard was one of the main reasons we rented this house. First time renting a spot through Vacasa, which I wasn’t a fan of. Hard to get a response from them about questions we had about the property and booking and any time I did get an answer it was a different person each time who didn’t seem to know much about the property :/ Overall though, the house Is beautiful, and in such a great location on the island.

Great Location

Great location walk everywhere - no car necessary. The house was clean, pool and hot tub were great. Love the screen porch. Beds were comfortable. House is very spacious with lots of room for a group of 6. There were not any kitchen amenities such as a little coffee to get started or the basics like sugar or oil so come prepared the first day. The only real complaint our group had was that we did not have any access to the thermostat. It's a smart thermostat that won't even turn on to see what the temperature is. We found the temperature pretty comfortable during the day but the house was very warm at night. On the day of check-out it was hot in the house like the AC had been turned off completely. Overall it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Getaway

The house was amazing! Great open plan, kitchen well stocked. We didn’t cook much, but you definitely could fix any meal you wanted. Stayed 5 days and wished it was the whole week. Excellent location on the point. You can walk just about everywhere. The pool area was so comfortable and the hot tub easy to use. We actually had a hard time pulling ourselves away to go to the beach. Had plenty of towels. Everything a scrupulously clean. We had a friend send us a gift basket from a little shop down the street with wine and charcuterie items. They delivered the afternoon we arrived. So nice. I would definitely rent here again and recommend it. Fantastic location on Anna Maria proper. My only issue was beach chairs- we flew in and they were listed as an amenity. There were only four and they were in pretty sad shape. We debating buying some, but wasn’t worth it for a short stay. Our choice. I would just have someone check on them before listing them as something that is available.

Great location!

Only 2 blocks from the beach and right along a strip with great restaurants and stores. Pool in the back was perfect for the kids. Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect location

Perfect location and close to everything. We rented a golf cart and didn’t even need to use it. The house had everything we needed and was even bigger than we expected from the pictures. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals in AMI and this was the best.

House was amazing/ would stay again

Everything was perfect! Exactly as shown in the pictures. Since we have young ones we really appreciated the Alarms on the doors leading to the pool, it put our minds at ease since that was one of our concerns renting the place. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and loved the house. The private back yard was great and it was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Just wished there was a bathroom downstairs for when you were in the pool but other than that no complaints whatsoever.

Nice place.

This home was nice and the entire check-in/out process was seamless. There were just a few MINOR issues with the home but nothing major. Other renters had complained that the dishes didn’t seem clean and we found this to be true as well, however, to be fair the detergent door on the dishwasher has been broken off and is not there. The detergent falls out into the dishwasher drum when the door is shut. There was also an issue with the hot tub that was dealt with but we essentially lost 2 days of use. The beds were just okay comfort level. Other than that, the home was spacious and a nice stay for our vacation.

Great location, close to everything

This is a really nice rental house that had plenty of room for our family of 6. Close walking distance to the beach. Restaurants and shops are literally next door and across the street. Pool and hot tub are nice. We had a mixed experience with the management company, Vacasa. They were responded quickly when we had an issue with the hot tub. But when we called because the toilet was not working, they did not respond until we called them again the next day. Also, be prepared to buy your own dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper and laundry soap. The management company provides a 'starter kit' that lasts a couple days, then you're on your own. Disappointing considering the amount of rent we paid.

One issue

We did have an issue with the pool. We rented this property for the heated pool and hot tub and we only had it work less than half the time which was super disappointing. But overall it was a great place!

Great Beach House!

Beautiful Home

The house is more beautiful than the pictures in the web. The second bathroom is very small. We arrived with the oven, microwave and kitchen extractor not working at all. By the third day of our week stay, they brought us a microwave. We had to buy a oven just because we brought the food ready and we needed the oven. Other than that we will repeat if they can guarantee those items will be working properly

Beautiful clean home

We loved our visit to AMI and this beautiful home. It was extremely clean and comfortable to stay in. Great location! Pool and jacuzzi were a nice option when we needed a break from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

This was the perfect house. Great location. We walked everywhere. Beach about 7 minutes, Anna Maria Pier 7 minutes. Close to wonderful restaurants and shops. The house is lovely, they have not missed anything to make your stay amazing. I felt like I stepped back in time to a quieter slower pace. Loved the pool. Great place to rent!

Good but needs some common sense issuEs addressed.

Pool deck dirty - n someone, owner property mgr need to address mosquitoes- we bo.ught multiple forgers and citronella candles. We even have spray program at home and not nearly the need for spraying - I realize it has been wet recently but I expect better.

Beautiful home and great location

A perfect home for my sisters and I. Love the openness of the place and the screened porch off of the kitchen and dining was perfect for sitting outside with your coffee. Aside from the tree trimmers that spent an entire day on the back of the property cutting down palm trees, which made a horrible mess of the pool, it was pretty quiet. We lost that day by the pool because of all the sawdust flying in the air. But a call to the property manager and someone came out that evening and again the next day to clean the pool. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Great Place

Nice home, clean and we found it exactly as it was described. Close to restaurants and convenience store. Kids enjoyed walking up Pine Ave for ice cream in the evenings. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
