Terrible experience. We have been renting houses in AMI for 7 years now and this by far was the worst communication we have ever had. Started out that we were told we would be notified when the house was ready on check in day, but we never were. After the check in time we just showed up hoping Noone was still there. There is a random chair in the corner of the dining room with the internet modem on it, you can put that up on a shelf. It was 78 degrees inside when we arrived so we put the thermostat to 70. Later when the air conditioner broke they tried blaming it on us saying we can't put the thermostat below 72. That was not listed anywhere in our rental agreement or in the welcome book. They advertise a grill but dont tell you that you need to refill the propane. The internet connection went out for an evening. We paid for a place with a got tub but that didn't work for the first 4 nights of our 7 night stay. The worst part is that we were told multiple times from anchor down management company that we would get a phone call back, Noone ever called us back any time they said they would, I had to continue to call them. They never let me speak with a manager either. Then they offer us late check out, which I PAID to get but 3 guys showed up before we left and one just walked right in!!! The host was not any easier to get ahold of for help. I will never rent from anyone who is managed by anchor down again.
