This is a very nice property, and the hosts are very responsive. Things to know. The house is perfect for about 13 (assuming a number of couples) and can stretch to 15 pretty easily. We liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom which was important to my family. You have beach views from the balcony's. You have an elevator for those who cannot do the stairs. This house is an upscale destination that is going to be acceptable for a 1%er or a large family gathering. You are walking distance (a block) off the beach and it is stunning. Getting on the island (and off) does take time so plan extra time if you are going to be traveling from the house. The house is located at the northern tip of the island. During busy times it adds 25 minutes to your trip easily. Early morning had no traffic when we stayed. I made a bagel and coffee run without a problem (Paradise Bagel and Duncan). We cooked in the kitchen and made some meals together (plan reservations for large parties months in advance) and had most everything we needed. Overall our trip was a wonderful success and the house created a great place for us to relax and enjoy each others company.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Cara was the most fantastic host. We traveled with kids, and she had a pack n play and a high chair we were able to borrow which made traveling that much easier. The house is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. It was a quick walk to the beach and we split our time between there and the pool. This property is a gem, and look forward to the day when we can come back.
