We had a great experience at this property. The unit was very clean and comfortable and well equipped with beach gear, towels, starter packs of toiletries and cleaning supplies, coffee, etc. We appreciated the map of routes to take to the beach and the ample space for parking. It was perfect for our family of three. We’d definitely stay here again!

3 Large Cockroaches in the Kitchen

Seemed very clean other than the 3 large cockroaches that ran through the kitchen the first morning I was there trying to make coffee and breakfast for my family. It was hard to get comfortable after that :(

This was our first time on this part of the island and it exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and even better than the photos. It had everything we needed plus more. We would definitely come back again.

Secluded Relaxing Beach Getaway

First off, the island is amazing. Truly a hidden gem of Florida. Beaches, restaurants, everything an A.The Vrbo was an A, so beyond perfect & one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. So clean, amazing proximity to beach, and the property is hidden so nicely with a great porch to have a glass of wine on before dinner. We rented a golf cart too which made the entire stay that much more fun. We will definitely be back in the short term and already know where we want to stay!

Cute house close to the beach

This house was perfect for my husband and I to stay at over Spring Break! We loved being so close to the beach and not having to worry about parking. The house had everything you needed for the beach, from towels to chairs and toys for kids too! It was very clean and well organized. Would definitely come back!

Everything was perfect! We loved the location with multiple access points to the beach. We like how quiet it was with plenty of off street parking. Super new and clean but the beach wagon and chairs and umbrella were so helpful! Not to have to go purchase these items is huge! My husband says best Vrbo he has staid in!

Perfect 1st anniversary vacation spot

My husband and I rate this place a 100000/10! It was clean, well equipped, quiet. Overall it was the perfect stay near the beach. It took us about a 3 minute walk to get to the beach (at a slow pace). It is very close to stores and food places. We are very grateful for how well equipped the house is. We cooked there, washed our clothes and they even have beach chairs, umbrellas, layout mats and a wagon (fit a cooler, bogg bag, two chairs and beach umbrella). We did have a small issue with our main door but right after i called they showed up in 7 minutes and fixed the issue. The perfect spot to watch sunsets is at Bean Bay! We will definitely be back very soon! Thank you!!

Such a wonderful property, with everything we could want provided. Fantastic location on a a fantastic island. So many great food choices nearby - with the Porch being outstanding. Property management was superb. We'll be back.

Wonderful Island Vacation

Our vacation on the island and our stay at this cottage were both wonderful. I loved being on the North end and so close to the beach!! This place had everything that was needed for a relaxing vacation... can't wait to return and bring my adult daughters with me! Loved AMI :-) Thanks for a wonderful vaca

Great Place!

This rental was lovely, it was just like the pictures. It had everything we could need for a nice get away. It was close enough to the beach with an easy walk. Despite the heat in Florida, we were pleased with how the AC kept up for the most part. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to cook a meal, in fact we gave the ol propane grill a good try with some wagyu steaks we bought at a good discount at the local butcher shop, it did an ok job but my husband who is a griller, did the best he could with what he had, I would definitely recommend an upgrade for those other renters who can grill good food! LOL!! We really loved the area and could not get over the white sand and clear water!! Just beautiful! I would recommend this place to my friends and would come again!
